Calm Before The Storm | Jon Mykels

Just got off a phone call with my current bodybuilding coach and it’s official. The time is finally here!

After 2 years of going back and forth with myself whether or not I should get back in contest preparation shape, my coach made it clear that in the next couple days it’s time to step it up, lock in and begin prepping to get back on stage. This time we’re not hopping on stage for fun or for the experience; this time around, we’re going for the overall.

This is definitely not going to be easy balancing multiple jobs / responsibilities, schooling for certifications, and staying consistent with the training / food diet. But it’s definitely possible. It’s going to take a lot of discipline, time management and a whole lot of fight to get through it all but this is what I asked for. I’m hungry for it! I’m ready for it! It’s game time!
