Less words more hugs! Hugs speak louder than words

Hugs are always good 🙌🏾

I'm gonna tell you from a few experiences... When it come to a spiritual stand hugging is not always good... but as far as parents yes sometimes your child needs to be coddle when life is plunging down on them... I need a hug a lot of times but don't get one... Also if someone with good intentions hug you it helps a release and someone with bad intentions they cause you to have a vexted spirit...
