Hot sauce as a binder is a game changer! I use it exclusively on my briskets and beef ribs.
ОтветитьHow the hell doesn't 6 and 1 half hours at 285 not dry it out?

ОтветитьMy man needs a taller table there!! Bending over like that gonna wear out his back! He makes it all look so simple!
ОтветитьBbq beef ribs marinated with lemon and garlic, a good sauce cooked on, OOO la la.
ОтветитьOne of the worst videos I've ever seen for a bbq cooker, shocking, atleast cut it open or pull it apart, to much handling it with a tea towel, pushing through it with a probe multiple times like the method is not a confidant method. Good god
ОтветитьQuestion, any silver skin to be concerned about?
Ответитьguys is clueless
Ответитьwhat's with the gloves?
ОтветитьLooks soooo good, Aaron. Amazing.
ОтветитьBurnt them :(
Gas grill, put a water pan in, left it in for a few hours came back and they were gone.
Need a smoker and figuring out where the indirect heat is. The smoke was definitely infused from the smoking box that was used. Had a good dry smoke ring haha.
Recommend not buying a split up rack. Costco didnt sell the beef ones any other way.
Rip not giving up
how many times do you spritz it? only one time is enough? thank you for teaching us - SP/Brasil -- PS: this video still GOLD

Ответитьgrowing up as a kid in SoCal the only beef ribs i knew were cheap back ribs that were tough and barely had any meat on em. It was life changing when I tried some proper smoked plate ribs.
ОтветитьThis guy is snow balling us all , this isn't how it's done at the restaurant
ОтветитьEverything makes sense, but the towel. Why use a towel?
ОтветитьDo you not wrap it for the 1 hour rest?
ОтветитьThe KISS method my favorite.
ОтветитьGreat information about beef ribs. Want to try it
ОтветитьWhat did you used to spray on the ribs is that just water wouldn’t hurt to use beef broth or bone stock going to try some this weekend on a pellet smoker
Ответить6 hrs put em the broiler 7 mins per side 1 min for bbq sauce
ОтветитьIs there silverskin underneath the fat cap?
