$4600 per mo., keep in mind this is the NYC asking price. Probably $1200 - $3000 in other parts of the country. Plenty of untapped markets that could benefit from this kind of build, schools, government, overseas countries w/ little usable space to build etc...

I've seen transformer apartments similar to these 25 years ago in Japan and also in Europe. Same with expansion-furniture for small spaces. It just never became a "THING". But hey, leave it to typical US-American BRAG-MOUTHS talking about it as if "they" invented it.

You took a lot of elements I saw from Japan, they have plenty of tiny apartments. The difference is, that you used them in an appartment a person can live and feels comfortable. Nice done.

the place is Huge, I have lived in much smaller in Melbourne Australia for the same amount of rent..... didn't even have a washing machine.
