Ответитьhi i have a American classic crosman 1377 .177 cal its an old one i think it was made in the 80's or 90's it will not pump up,,, What website did you get your parts from ? thanks for the video
ОтветитьMe too I just disassembled my 1377 its the same model.thanks again for the video you should up load more videos
ОтветитьGreat video, here it is 2019 and I have watched this video a few times already. I found my 1377 that I purchased in 77 or 78 and it does not pump up, my dad had borrowed it years ago LOL. I just today received my seal and cup kit. I'm going to re - blue it also, I think even I can do this job after watching and following your disassembly video. Thanks again!
ОтветитьI just finished the rebuild of my 1377 with the help of your video. Thanks
ОтветитьMaybe if I could see your face I could lip read because I sure as hell cannot hear the damn audio!
ОтветитьIf you or anybody out there is like me that drops the tiny parts or they grow feet and escape the work bench, I highly recommend you to use a table with a rim or raised edge of about 1/2 an inch. You can make one with a piece of plywood and some square dowels or trim on the edge. Do all sides and so with that your tiny parts can’t escape the work area and you won’t be going nuts over a small thing
ОтветитьThanks for the very informative video. ✌ I've added it to my playlist.👍
Liked and Subscribed. 😊
Cheers 🙏
Would be nice if we could hear U
ОтветитьThank you for explaining this guns functions!
ОтветитьThanks for taking the time and making the effort to make and upload this video!
ОтветитьYou did not finish the video so I am guessing that the seals did not fix the problem.
ОтветитьI cannot get the pin in the front to budge. Is there a trick to remove it or is mine just really stuck?
ОтветитьAwesome breakdown. Thank you very much. I have the original brass valve as well. How do I replace the synthetic material that is in the valve stem?
ОтветитьI think it's cool that you got Carl Sagan to narrate.
ОтветитьCan you repair my 1322?
ОтветитьOne of the best 13xx guides, thank you!

"Question perhaps you can answer. First let me say I enjoyed the video - most informative. I've subscribed. I'm 6"0 205lb Marine. And I have a hard time putting more than 5 pumps on this thing - usually shoot it at 3. I replaced the roll pin at the suggestion of another video who said that would make it easy to pump and that all pumps would be the same, not increasingly difficult as they are. Replacing the roll pin really didn't make much difference. The pump arm is still kind of wobbly - should I maybe try to shim it at it's pivot points? I've got to think there's something else that could be improved to make it easier to pump. Do you have any suggestions? Thank You so much. "
Would you have any links to where I can buy repair parts?
ОтветитьVery helpful. My sister and brother-in-law picked one up from a junk (aka "antique") store and it would not pump or hold air. The overhaul kit I got on eBay was about half the price of a new pistol from Pyramid Air but I am glad I chose to rebuild this particular "antique".
My biggest problem was the hinge pin, which was held by a tiny snap ring on my pistol - I finally figured out how to pry it off without damaging it.
I have a 1986 model 1377 that won’t hold pressure... it will pump up but then will quickly lose pressure if you don’t immediately fire it. Can you recommend a source for rebuild kits so I can get it working like it used to?
ОтветитьI got a pebble stuck in mine when I was a kid, now I barely just got it out following your instructions, thanks.
ОтветитьI gave it my best shot but failed. My O-ring kit came with 6 but was only able to see 5. My gun is a little different that yours and I never could get the cocking mechanism out. $15 and about 3 hours and my 1377 is still dead. And putting it back together is much harder than taking it apart.
ОтветитьThank you for posting. I started disassembling my 1377 before watching your tutorial. I would never have gotten it back together again.
ОтветитьThanks you for the most informative video.
Very helpful rebuilding my 1377 1979 for my son
👍🏼🤠👍🏼
Has anyone had any success replacing the synthetic material (seal) in the valve stem seat?
Ответитьgreat video
ОтветитьMy spring is missing I did not lose it anybody got an extra or anything comprable
ОтветитьWhat a great video with good explanations of function and problem areas to look for. I just got the same model of 1377 and I want to replace the seals in it. This will certainly make my life easier. Thank You for this video.
Ответитьthank you .....it helped me get my classic fixed it was great ...thank you again ..........
ОтветитьHorrible sound
ОтветитьWhere can I buy all the replacement parts. And a barrel band like you have on your backpacker? I built one as a kid and didn’t buy the band. Now I want too.
ОтветитьOUTSTANDING video of the "magic" that happens inside a 13xx, what can go wrong, and how to fix it. Thank you sir.
ОтветитьThanks for the video, the one I ended up with is in horrible condition. It's going to be a challenge to get it working.
ОтветитьI just found one of these inside a old storage
ОтветитьVoiceTOO low, can't hear the guy talking.
ОтветитьBuy a microphone
ОтветитьThank you for the video, I have one just like this I need to rebuild!
ОтветитьTryed to clean inside my Grossman 1377 pellet gun barrel well something inside barrel is blocking to where it won't go to the other end of barrel need help???
ОтветитьVery low volume level.
ОтветитьI hope you're still here.
I have a 1377 that I purchased during the early 90s. I never maintained it. It recently stopped pumping so I dripped some silicone oil where I could and it's now pumping again.
Mine, regardless of how many pumps, the pump handle will sag all the way back down. It will even sag down if I apply VERY little pumping pressure.
Do I have more than a cup issue?
Thank you.
Is it okay to leave one in the chamber w/o any pumps? Thx
Ответить@NorthWestAirgun . . . .
Thanks for mentioning the tiny spring and bearing 'AFTER' removing the grip ! ! !
