A commission (2.5%) for a $150k home in Mississippi... is reasonable compared to CA!

Our Realtor sold our home So CA in October 2020 for 1%, paid for our home to be declutter, window/ carpet cleaning, moving van, and storage for 6 months while our new home was being built. He is truly the best Realtor in Santa Clarita Valley, CA.

Before I enter an open house and I see a Porsche parked in the driveway, I am immediately discouraged to go in. I get it though, some cultures see it as “oh this person knows what they are doing” but I see it as the seller wants cash buyer or has a preference lol 😅
