What rosters do you use for rebuilds

OK so here's something I've found about generational players. If you scout them and make them look bad, as the game tries to do, it can backfire on the CPU and not make them take that player. I always scout generational players because the game will pass on them, thinking that they aren't great, and let you take them. Even though you know they will be 99, you can do it to keep other teams from getting them. I've done this and picked up guys at up to 16th because the CPU forgets they are generational and just sees the fake potential rating it gives you.
