I loved self belief. But I dont know how to have that self belief in my self. Iam always i will do it but then after i say no or maybe or i cant.

I wrote a whole page on every topic with pen and paper. It took 2 hours but the amount of information I was able to recieve because of that is astronomical.

2. Keep Promises made
Self-belief, self-confidence self esteem
The way to get unbreakable unstoppable confidence is to do what you say your going to do
People don’t like being lied to especially in a relationship
The reason why people don’t like themselves is because they lie to themselves such as pressing the snooze button at 5 am in the morning for a workout
3. Eliminate negative beliefs
Low self-limiting beliefs are always the dream killer of all success
Reprogram myself, wash my brain and brain wash myself
You’re the gatekeeper to your mind
If anything in your mind, who put it there, you did!
