Hi! Very informative… there are so many options; it’s really hard to know what’s best for again skin. I’m 63 and my skin is aging rapidly. Deepening wrinkles in cheeks and around my mouth, some sagging on jawline and neck. So sad because I take good care of myself, but can’t undo the sun exposure of my youth. Which RF (or other device) would you suggest for me. I don’t really want to have to do the stamping method if it means having to purchase masks each time. But if that’s the best technology for my skin, I guess I will. Appreciate your help!

The probes on my NEWA literally started sparking and a snap, crackle, pop noise could be heard coming from my device. It hurt! Customer service said it was a build up of gel on the probes, but I was using the normal amount and I cleaned it after each section on my face. Now I'm terrified to use it. So disappointed. 😭

However, they had me to return the device and have not refunded my purchase funds. I have reached out to them several times and keep getting told they are "sending an email" about the issue and not getting a response (from management).
