Seems some people are missing the point of the entire video:
As I say at the end, my point is not that Kamala did nothing wrong & was actually a great candidate, but rather that the idea that Trump only won because of Kamala’s poor performance is wrong. Trump won because of his own record-breaking performance. Had Trump ran these numbers in 2020, he would’ve won, even with Joe Biden receiving the same 81M votes. If Kamala Harris didn’t lose a single voter compared to Biden, Trump would’ve still won. Trump even outperformed 2008 Obama in PA, NV, FL, OH, NC, and IA (all states Obama won) in terms of turnout.
My whole point is that looking at the results of this election and going "Democrats lost because they couldn't get enough Democrats out to the polls" is misguided. Dems lost because Trump was so uniquely strong as a candidate, and that Dems need to analyze why he did so well with voters here if they want to replicate this. This isn't a 2016 where Trump just happened to win because no one wanted to vote for the Democratic candidate—he won because so many people wanted to vote for him.
But sure, cope.
Kamala lost because she's the embodiment of what the Democratic Party has become. I mean, a low key Marxist minority woman? Tell me that ain't what the Democratic Party is, seriously. Every time something is going down in Congress or in the media that ain't what you see.
People do not want that and Trump made a lot of uninformed people realize it, which is why I think Trump, even as terrible as Kamala is, was the only one suited to defeat her because this whole battle was about realigning politics with reality not whatever social psyop the Democrats are always up to.
It's because leftists ideology is fucking stupid and people are sick of their bullshit.
ОтветитьExcellent video with a breakdown of the VEP. This was analysis I had not seen anywhere else. Some people don't understand. I will say though that most of her over performance has to do with the polarization and hyper political atmosphere we are in, rather than something individually about her.
ОтветитьBro, you're comparing swing states turnout to 2008, when swing states were Ohio, Iowa, Colorado, Florida Virginia and New Mexico
ОтветитьIt was a last minute wrong decision by Biden. If he really wanted a woman president in 200 years he should have done it sooner. He should have considered Bernie also. He handed over the presidency to Trump.
ОтветитьThe Blue map confused me, and the red map made perfect sense.
Yes, I know there is a key. It's just odd he didn't color code it by party.
Where are the 7 Million + VOTES??? Going back to 2008 EVERY [EVERY!!!] Democratic Presidential Candidate got UNDER 70 million votes! Until Kamala got 74 million votes in the "most important election of our lifetime" or so EVERYONE said! SO??? Did 7 MILLION folks stay home in the most important election of our lifetime? MATH is OFF!! The figures do NOT lie! The [THE] REAL Insurrection of 2020 was the RESULT of cheating! STATS. tell the OBVIOUS, Biden did not get 81 million votes! DJT [and the hundreds in prison] was RIGHT!!!
ОтветитьPeople love Trump and maga. Stop coping
Ответить2020 Biden numbers were very suspicious.
ОтветитьI've been trying to figure out the "low turn-out" line when this appears to have been the 2nd largest election in history.
ОтветитьThis is what happens when the Democratic party tries to appeal to the right rather than the left. People who are conservative rarely vote blue, especially when the media's narrative around the blue candidate is that she's a communist lol
ОтветитьKamala Harris lost because she was a garbage candidate and Biden and the left's policies have been a complete and utter failure. Plain and simple. I don't understand why this continues to be over-analyzed.
Ответить2020 is a bad base since it was super rigged as shown by open vote switching and mathematical falsifying. Any votes after Wednesday 3AM are dscounted as well as they show unnatural flows.
Ответитьturns out ignoring your voter base and funding a genocide loses you an election!
ОтветитьIt's wild that people are so media illiterate these days that most of them didn't understand the obvious point of this video. I think it was very well-done, and I'm glad someone came out with VEP statistics, because it definitely changed my thoughts on where exactly things went wrong in this election cycle. Hopefully, when middle and lower-class voters see how unbearable Trump's second term will be, the Dems will be able to win them back over again. I think a lot of people are tired of the culture wars and just want affordable healthcare and a sustainable job.
ОтветитьShe lost because she could not talk
ОтветитьGreat video. Haven't seen this detail mentioned anywhere else.
Don't get discouraged by people who can't tell stats from politics.
You have a gift for obfuscation.
Ответитьthe taller candidate won ... by a foot 🤣
She skipped the Al Smith dinner 🤣
She lost because people stopped trusting democrats after years of being lied to and them not fixing anything. She lost because no one believes she was qualified after they lied about Biden being fit to run. Most people who support her only do so because they hate Trump, not on her own merit. She lost because their platform was mostly "the other side is racist/sexist so vote for us." People can't afford to live right now. They will gladly sacrifice social issues for stability. And once they made that switch they found out that the people the left called hateful were actually the welcoming ones.
ОтветитьShort Answer: Because she was a part of the failed administration that had been in office for the last four years, destroying the country.
ОтветитьSome remarkably bad comprehension in the comments
ОтветитьYounger men costed Kamala this election. Her campaign failed to appeal to this demographic considerably because of an unclear message on addressing economic issues.
ОтветитьShe lost because she was a terrible candidate.
ОтветитьThanks for digging into data that few really look into in such detail.
ОтветитьFirst candidate since Herbert Hoover in 1932 to not flip a single county or county-equivalent, first candidate since Gerald Ford in 1976 to not swing at least one state or D.C. in their political direction (that is, Trump swung all fifty states plus D.C. to the right this year), first Democrat to lose Starr County, Texas, - the county with the largest Hispanic population in the country (~90%) - since William Jennings Bryan in 1896, accounting for the end of the longest Democratic voting streak in ANY jurisdiction in history, and delivered the worst performance for a Democrat in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, (Scranton) since Grover Cleveland in 1892. This was a clear, decisive win; there's no denying it.
ОтветитьHopefully democrats realize their 2012 “turn out the base” strategy isn’t going to work anymore. Especially as more states start requiring voter ID along with implementing stricter voting laws 😉
ОтветитьEvery state in the US shifted towards Republican
Not a single county shifted from Republican to Democrat
Why did she lose? She had no policies, no plans, and nothing that benefitted the American people. And the dems recked the economy, prioritized illegals over their own citizens, and imposed draconian laws regarding COVID. They also kept escalating the Russia-Ukraine conflict and dumped American tax money on Ukraine. The dems also have little to no respect for the Constitution.
God Bless
Donald J Trump..
& The USA... Amen
This man has 4 videos and they all bangers.
ОтветитьInteresting… maybe the democrats have to actually start supporting popular policies if they want to win elections!!
ОтветитьShe lost because she sucks.she didn’t do a thang in 4 years and she’s a laughing hyena
ОтветитьPeople also forget that people who voted Democrat for most elections voted for Trump this year
ОтветитьThe left lost because they are pure evil.
ОтветитьThis is sad. You do an interesting analysis, and basically showed Trump won because he was heavily supported, and a bunch of people act like you're coping while doing the complete opposite. No matter what side of the political spectrum you look, people are morons and can't think past surface level to actually see what you're saying.
ОтветитьHe went to gas station
ОтветитьBernie Sanders said it to their faces, they got really disconnected from the people, they seemed more worried about getting celebrity endorsements
ОтветитьThe one thing they will never accept is the truth: Kamala was a HORRIBLE candidate, and Trump was VERY well liked by a lot of people this time. She had the world behind her pushing hard, world record funding, and still go shit whipped. She's just awful. Trump and his team did a fairly good job and were consistent, so despite the majority of the media and deep state working tirelessly to stop him, he could not be stopped. It's not a mystery.
ОтветитьI think there is a comprehension problem on the end of the listener who hears this and not the entire statement. He literally says my point is NOT that Kamala did nothing wrong and was a great candidate AKA that is NOT what he is saying AKA he is NOT saying she did nothing wrong and was a great candidate. His point ISSSSS that Donald Trump was even more popular this time and Kamala was average. He does talk fast so maybe yall just needed to slow down the video or something but his syntax was fine. It maybe could have been a little cleaner but it wasn't wrong.
ОтветитьShe lost cuz she sucked
ОтветитьPls where did you get all this data
ОтветитьWhat are your thoughts on the leftist conspiracy that a lot of swing states had people voting blue down ballot but Trump at the top of the ballot. Their claim is that this only happened in the swing states. I'm interested to hear your thoughts so I can relay them to these type of people if you have a good explanation.
ОтветитьI really don’t understand the sense of bewilderment from the left as to why she lost…….
ОтветитьAnother reason is that 12 million dead people ended up voting for Biden in 2020😒
Ответитьshe should have paid for more twerking.
ОтветитьVery insightful
ОтветитьThank you for this analysis.
Gives a new perspective
So Kamala Harris was Good to Decent candidate for Democrats, but Trump was a stronger candidate in 2024.
Glad to see someone calling out voter patterns in safe red and blue states. Seeing a red shift in safe red states like Kentucky and Tennessee tells me that people weren't voting against Kamala to save their state from flipping. They truly supported Trump the way they haven't supported any prior Republican candidate (including Trump himself in 2016 and 2020).
