thanks for sharing Ada kings, sending you huggs
ОтветитьHi ada ,after watching this video I was touched.
ОтветитьSo aside domiciliary, which aspect of the healthcare is less draining? Is the support work better?
ОтветитьIt is toxic domain please find your escape route
ОтветитьMa you look so beautiful, may God give you the strength to be a wife a mother and still hold on to your job, in Jesus name amen 🙌
ОтветитьYou aren't lying my sister, but my own is flexible and company booked taxis for us for each call ,or sometimes their driver do it.👍
ОтветитьI only worked 3 days with them,God forbid bad things 😌😌😌, Domiciliary is mad job,am there for experience anyway
ОтветитьMost domicilliary workers that came in through company suffer a lot bcos they can't wake up one day & give excuse of shift decrease. It is enslavery.
A friend, male nurse told me 2weeks ago, how the ladies she assisted from Ghana to UK for domicilliary care are crying everyday regretting toying the path. He said he never knew that the job is that tedious, now looking for ways to help them out.
Ada has said it all, most people can't open up like this. Meanwhile, they are dying in silence, crying bitterly everyday.
Another thing people don't know is, don't think it's immediately you finish your five years on tier two you will just go and get the ILR, you will need to renew with the sponsor and sometimes that might even ential a new visa because for you to have a subsisting contract you must have a visa. Its when people want to apply for ILR they will know the real gbedu. Think these things through.
ОтветитьOk, this video has scared the heck out of me😩
ОтветитьI'm a black British and have done domiciliary care. You are very correct with this video about everything you spoke about. I also experienced the issues of full bladder twice.
ОтветитьYou said it all.
ОтветитьI think I heard more 'guys ' than the I tended message. Thanks for sharing though
ОтветитьIt is true what you said!
Especially when you don't drive. The next client complain of being late when the time you leave the 1st house is the same time you are supposed to be in second house !!🥲
Ada believe me I think your better of in Doha than right now ......The west has always been like that generally. You must work your ass out.,
ОтветитьOh my God.....this is so sad .....this my exact journey that I'm going through....oh my.... depression
ОтветитьI think you did not just cope . I did Domiciliary I enjoyed it. I can still doing it again.
ОтветитьDom care is not something I'll recommend to anyone, even if you drive, I don't think it is worth it.
I don't know how some people enjoy doing Dom care.
Thanks for opening my eyes or as you Nigerians put it shining my eyes🤣🤣🤣. I love you already(I'm straight🥰)
ОтветитьI'll say, camera or no camera, always do the right thing, there are some private homes with hidden cameras that you might not be informed about same with some care homes, for the medication, ensure your service user takes his or her medicines in your presence before you step away to do anything else, also ensure you have the drinking water ready before you start medication.
Another point is, never discuss service user A matters with service user B or anyone aside from your line manager and colleagues you do give care to the same service users because of confidentiality rules/policy.
You’re right my sister. Domiciliary jobs can be tough. I used to walk in the rain, sometimes falling on slippery floors. Those with health issues think before you do Domiciliary care, I almost died due to walking too much. I’m glad I left Domiciliary.
Ответить🥰🥰🥰

Hmmnn very true
ОтветитьYou are 100% right

ОтветитьThat beg 😘❤
ОтветитьHmmmm this is serious oooo. I know Nigerians are strong but in this case no way for this oooo. May God always strengthens u and also will never allow ur home to be broken .
ОтветитьI remember when I first started working in the Uk as a domiscilliary worker and I left my house 4:00 AM only to be returning back home around 1:00 am, I mean it guys !!! And guess what, when my hours was to be calculated, they calculated 10 hours for me 😢!!!. I regretted my life 💯💯💯

ОтветитьCan't you do any cash in hand jobs during break days?
ОтветитьGo home if you unhappy In uk
Don’t discourage others you still living there not back in Nigeria
Sooo accurate! I trust God to make a new way for Mee 🙏
ОтветитьMadam, you should be THANKFUL 2. God, you have crossed the border.
I am a domiciliary care worker, and I chose it cos of the flexibility and exercise.
My sincere advice is to stick to the time given expect there's an EMERGENCY.
Let the clients complain provided you spent the exact time given.
Secondly, you can switch jobs if you ain't happy instead of mourning.
Your video is dark no picture at all
ОтветитьAda, than you for your talks. Can I talk to you for your guidance on courses bcos am have issues in sign in on Florence academy. How can I dm you.
ОтветитьYou are so pretty
ОтветитьAda king you are so smart and pretty stay strong sis
ОтветитьHi ada am going through the same thing know.
ОтветитьI thought i saw another video where you prefer Dom care now? I enjoy my freedom in Dom care. I get it that its never easy for a mum with young children but once u have hours, YOU ARE GOOD AT THE JOB and you drive, its an ok job. There is always room for advancement anyway.
ОтветитьWeldone ma
With the 2hrs break meaning one is working for 13hrs
Will they pay for the 13hrs or the hrs you spend in a client house
Sorry Ada. You just had a small baby. You need 6-12 months at home after you'd had a baby. Life in a foreign country is not easy. So much to learn about the culture, work and how you have to behave yourself. Then learn about work ethics, policies and procedures. Many of us Africans and Asians come from work backgrounds where there were no policies and procedures. No work ethics. Some places treat patients as imbeciles (know nothing). So to adjust to now saying please and excuse me every five minutes it's difficult for some. All this causes stress for some people.
If possible Ada please take time off work and look after your baby up to a year. Money and work in UK will always be there. We did our fourty years in NHS and we retired. Stay blessed. Retired Nurse, midwife, health visitor and Bsc Hon degree in Psychology UK.
Thank you for the counsel. God bless you.
ОтветитьAda, I speak divine strength from the Lord upon your life.🙏 I had to subscribe to your channel after watching this video and you have said it all. Intelligent people like you will surely succeed in the UK, stay strong, stay focused and once you are settled, register your company/ self-employed contracts if not go into another care-related professional career path. Doors will open for you with your experience, knowledge, and positive attitude, and you will not regret it. Also, it is important to take short courses to upskill. God bless🙏
