God is always moving on our behalf, his hand is never removed from us, even when we don't see it or feel it, he does things suddenly, he changes our situation in the blink of an eye, you just can never fully expect or grasp what He is about to do. Mordecai was basically just going about his day and the next thing he knows, he is being dressed in the king's robes and being honoured in the city while sitted on the king's horse
ОтветитьJust found your channel. Thank you so much for the notion bible template. Be blessed
ОтветитьWhat spoke to me most in this chapter was when Haman’s wife Zeresh told him that because Mordecai was jewish, Haman would not be successful in standing against him and surely perish. I took this to mean that because Mordecai served a mighty God, his victory was already assured. This reminded me that all things are possible through God and that even in times of great turmoil, he is moving and shifting things for our good. At times we may feel downtrodden, stuck, and not sure of what’s to come. But elsewhere, out the mouths of those closest to the enemy arises a proclamation of the Lord’s promise of our awakening, of opportunity, of blessings coming our way, of a greater union with Him, or whatever else it is we need 💖💖💖. I feel I’ve been stuck for a long, long time, but I believe as I’m currently fasting that the lord has been confirming time and time again that doors will be opening 🙌🏾. To God be the glory :))))).
ОтветитьI was reading Esther this week. Defintely not a coincidence
Ответить❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьThis video came right on time for me!! The scripture that stood out to me the most was verse 10. The king told Hamen to make sure he was FAST AND SPEEDY in making sure Mordecai would be honored. Who knows how long ago Mordecai helped the king with that specific plot But regardless, his righteousness wasn’t forgotten and he was still rewarded for it. Sometimes living righteously can feel useless when you are waiting on God and have yet to see a reward. Especially in this day and age where you see those who are not living righteously be rewarded. But this scripture proves that God does not forget about you. He is right on time. But most importantly, when it’s your time he will move quick. So do not place a restriction on what God can do in your life. Keep trusting him and watch him work 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 thank you for this!!!
ОтветитьStop worrying (rest in His presence and timing not our understanding and timeframe) AND He can and will make our enemies our footstool’s. It will change the posture in how I wait on the Lord and it will change me wanting to fight my own battles. I have to remember God has me at all times. That’s my take away, amen.
ОтветитьI ENJOY THIS SO MUCH THANK YOUUU
ОтветитьFor anyone who feels tired, the Lord is with you. You have strength.
Ответитьis this a notion-sponsered video or do you just genuinely like the app? Please be transparent...
ОтветитьIt’s mind blowing that this popped up in my time line while I am literally in the middle of studying Esther. You just posted this 2 days ago! There are no coincidences in God. I’ve never seen your page before.
ОтветитьHeavenly Father,
We come before you today with grateful hearts, recognizing your sovereignty and wisdom. As we reflect on Esther chapter 6, we are reminded of your providential hand at work in the lives of your people.
Lord, just as you orchestrated events in the life of Mordecai, we pray that you would guide and direct our steps. Help us to trust in your perfect timing and know that you have a plan and purpose for each of us.
We ask for your wisdom and discernment, just as you granted to Mordecai, so that we may make wise decisions and act with integrity in all areas of our lives. May we be faithful to you and stand firm in the face of adversity, knowing that you are with us and will never leave us nor forsake us.
Lord, we also pray for humility, as demonstrated by Mordecai when he was honored by King Xerxes. Help us to recognize that any success or honor we receive is ultimately from you, and may we use it to bring glory to your name.
Finally, we pray for protection and deliverance, just as you saved Mordecai from the plot of Haman. Protect us from the schemes of the enemy and deliver us from any harm or danger that may come our way. May we find comfort and refuge in your loving arms.
We thank you, Lord, for the timeless lessons we learn from the book of Esther. May we apply these truths to our lives and continue to grow in faith and obedience. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
"The Bible is the only book that will read you back." Even more so as we mature and go back and read what we read before. GLORY, TO GLORY, TO GLORY, TO GLORY, TO GLORY, TO GLORY, TO GOD, AMEN🙌🏿 I especially love how God used Mordecai to protect Hadessa (Esther), who was an orphan. Mordecai did not take advantage of Esther and raised her right, therefore he reaped the rewards of which he sewed, AMEN HALLELUJAH 🙌🏿 Imagine being an orphan and ending up being married to a King that cherishes you. GOD IS WORTHY TO BE PRAISED 🙌🏿
ОтветитьTwo of my favorite songs. The storm (Kirk Franklin) and my soul is anchored (Douglas Miller)
ОтветитьPlease pray for me friends. I'm lost in life I feel behind and away from God. I'm praying for some relief and answers. Please keep me in your prayers
ОтветитьTrust in him and be a good steward of where he has you right now.
ОтветитьHi, this is my first time here, I really enjoyed studying with everyone. bye bye
ОтветитьThank you and God bless you for this video. Can I please ask what camera you use for your videos?
ОтветитьThank you for showing how you use Notion and the SOAP method. I think this is a great way to study
ОтветитьThank you Melody, your videos are always timely!
ОтветитьI am trying to change jobs right now and not sure what to do. I’ve been enrolled in Texas Teachers for a while but stopped for 2 years. I decided to pick it back up on Wednesday and that same day I also got an interview for a job I was interested in working with kids. I still don’t know what I’m gonna do since this job doesn’t pay as well as my current job but trying to pray to God instead of worry. Prayers would be appreciated! 😊
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьNo matter how we treat God, because it is likely in those days that they were jew by name but really practising and also the fact that GOD was not mentioned ONCE in the whole book, but He was still loving and merciful to His people. No coincidences
ОтветитьSiblings in Christ, please pray for me. After two years of being passed up for promotion at my employer of 9 years I believed God was telling me it was time to move on. I spent months applying for other jobs and getting rejection after rejection. Finally, one role that really makes sense for me comes out of nowhere. I apply and hear back 2 days later, they want to phone screen. The recruiter likes me and then I interview with the hiring manager, it goes very well. I interview with the 2nd hiring manager and it goes even better. I interview with the senior vp and that interview seems to go just okay. This is all over the course of one month. During the entire process I'm praying and thanking God for this opportunity. Finally, I hear back that they decided to go with other candidates and the next day I see the position is reposted. I'm devastated. I truly believed this was what God was preparing me for and now I'm back to where I started. I feel like my time was completely wasted, I don't understand why God allowed me to go through the whole process when I prayed for him to close this door quickly if it wasn't for me. The salary would've finally allowed my family to become financially stable. I don't know what I'm suppose to be doing instead, I'm truly confused and it feels like God is completely silent. 😮💨😢
ОтветитьThank you so much God spoke to me
ОтветитьGod has not forgotten my needs.
Mordecai was still worried about all his people getting killed but God was in control. He showed him this by having the man so filled with anger and jealousy towards him honor him when he’d have rather killed him. His table was prepared right before him IN the presence of his enemy. There’s nothing God can’t do. Trust Him as He has not forgotten about you.
Thanks for this study sis. Somewhat new here and enjoying your content. God bless ❤
I normally don't share or comment but today I will. I heard God speak to me and say "don't worry about them and what they're doing. keep your focus on Me, because I've got your back."
ОтветитьThis was great! I think God is teaching me to be aware that He is with me. Also, to be aware of my own actions.
ОтветитьXerxes is pronounced Cerk-cees respectfully❤ Awesome study I watched it twice
ОтветитьHey Melody, would you be able to do a tutorial on how you use the bible template in Notion in more depth and the different ways you can utilise these resources. Whether it be incorporated into another one of your bible study sessions or a separate video please :)
ОтветитьIsn’t it so wonderful when we think it’s a saying, but it’s an actual verse from the Bible, the living word! Genesis 50:20 Thank you, God, for your love for your children! ♥️🥹🙌🏽
ОтветитьThank you. I will subscribe to your channel today I just found you. When you said let's do our Bible study together and get your pens and highlighters! I know God allow me to come across this. I have a big family and have asked them to do a Bible study app with me since we live apart, and three people joined but no one ever used the app. I would like to do a Bible study together.
ОтветитьWhen I click on "the wrong link" and feel God blessing me with an opportunity to hear Him through you
ОтветитьHak din İslamdır kardeşlerim İncil de Lut peygambere kızlarını al ve şu dağa çık denildiğinde kızlarını alıp dağa çıktığı ardından kavim RAB tarafından helak edildiğinde kızlarının soyunu devam ettirmek istedikleri için babalarıyla cinsel ilişkiye girip gebe kaldıkları yazıyor Sizin İncilinizde Soruyorum bir peygamberin bunu yapması ne kadar hayırlıdır Allah sizin gözünüzü açsın İnşallah
ОтветитьMy application from this study is: "trusting God to position me, rather than trying to position myself." Imagine had Mordecai NOT opened his mouth about the betrayal on King Xerxes, imagine had he gone to anyone aside from his niece, even, about Haman's plans to slaughter all of the Jews. Mordecai's wisdom reminds me of Proverbs 2:6, "The Lord gives wisdom; from Him come knowledge and understanding." I'd rather get it from God than from myself, or anyone else. I don't want to miss being honored (especially in the sight of of those who intend to harm me). <3
ОтветитьBe faithful where you are ❤
ОтветитьJust watched this and what I got out of this study is that: Our God is a God of perfect timing , as such there are no coincidences with him. God sways the heart of men/women in whatever direction he chooses, therefore he’ll turn the hearts of people that matter in your favour. Ultimately, God can be trusted!!
ОтветитьThis was the best chapter it really spoke to me. Love the Bible studies please keep them coming 🙏🏽🎉
Ответитьam i the only boy?
ОтветитьDo good and stand for good whenever you have the occasion to do so for you never know when you will be rewarded❤
ОтветитьThis Chapter had my mind blown. The fact that Haman had to bow down to the very man that he had such hate for. God has the last word and if you have to rob or kill to get things, those very things were never designed for you! Haman was very full of himself thinking he should be honored after all of the hateful things he had done and planned. God said I will show you better than I can tell you!
ОтветитьHe prepared a table before me in the presence of my enemies ❤
ОтветитьThere is song called Intentional by Travis Greene, and after the bible study I started singing it and then put the song on! Remember that God can be so intentional and he always puts songs on my mind that sticks to remind me that he see's me! Have a listen to the song it is beautiful and captures this capture segment so well.
ОтветитьI love how when Haman was grieving and he went home to his support system, I was shocked by his wife's response. I thought they would try to plot some other way to get rid of Mordecai, but God made her say the right thing. It reminds me that if we are not humble, God will humiliate us until we learn from it. Also, he will protect us from our enemies and promote us so that they can see, and there is nothing they can do but watch. Lastly, no matter who hurt us, God says that vengeance is mine. We need to trust God and know that He will fight for us.
ОтветитьI'm gaining knowledge through this divine channel and improving my study habits
ОтветитьReminds me to remain faithful no matter what my current circumstances are. ❤
ОтветитьWhat I took from this part of the Bible study is that we must trust God with all our heart, and not lean on our own understanding... even if it means in the mist of death! Also, what God highlighted in the word is that I need to KNOW He loves me, regardless of all my failures and shortcomings. <3
ОтветитьI took that sometimes we feel like we are obligated to receive certain things and become envious of others watching them get what we thought was meant for us. Haman’s family also was backing him up and feeding into this.
We need to pay attention to who is in our ear and learn to be patient because what is for us will always be for us. I personally need to work on being happy for others accomplishments without feeling jealous or envious for not being there yet.
hey sis!! let's chat. today's question: what are your application takeaway(s)?! will you be joining me in surrendering even more to fully TRUST God in a new way?!
