He made a mistake but its a mistake he seems willing to learn from. We shouldnt be using tax payer dollars to care for kids that have parents. I lived in a hotel as a kid too, but i went to school. I showered everyday. I ate everyday. Its not an ideal situation but them kids had a bed. Thats sufficient for now while they work on getting out of there.

CPS is such a joke. They let so many children in America down. It's really a shame that people can just call and make up lies on people they hate, and completely ruin their life's.

Whenever you spank a child it will leave a mark or a bruise doesn't mean you are abusing your child it's not wrong to spank a child misbehaving we have to stop that mindset bc it's creating assholes and little bastard children and whoever made these accusations needs to be put in jail and I hope they get their children back and they get a place to stay

I got threatened to get cps called on me and my husband by our sister in law because my daughter "didn't look right" "she is purple" "she's not breathing right" "you're not taking care of her". She came out at 35 weeks and had jaundice. The nurses at the hospital had to keep checking her blood sugar levels (by the feet) and squeeze the hell out of her feet to get a lot of blood to test it that they made her feet dark PURPLE. Then another time she threatened to call them because she wasn't breathing right and to take her to the hospital or she WILL call cps. We took her to shut her up & there was NOTHING WRONG WITH KY DAUGHTER. THE DOCTOR LOOKED AT US CRAZY AS HELL for us explaining what was going on. Thankfully that moron didn't actually call but still man.. that is my daughter's Tia(Aunt). Like how dare you? That happened 5 years ago

In regards to being autistic or special needs doesn't mean that they can't be disciplined. I have an autistic 3 yr old and I have patted his butt. So im not sure why that was a point...so because a child is autistic (sticking to the topic) they shouldn't be disciplined more than a "aww so n so dont hit or dont bite"

I am 16 and I was taken from my mother at 9 and my brother was 11-12. My dad passed when I was 6. I had found out recently my best friends mom called cps on my mother because we were “going without” I had running water clean clothes and a good home. My best friends mom said we kept food in the bathtub which made no sense. I will forever hate her because my mother passed away a year ago now and I will never get those moments again. She died alone. Don’t call cps on ppl with false accusations. It sucks for the kids

I know he used excessive force in discipline but I truly don’t think the dude is a bad guy. I think he made a mistake with discipline and just needs to learn the correct way. He seems like a genuine guy who truly loves his kids

Same thing happened to me they took my kids for an investigation and i jumped through hoops to get my babys back the allegations where coached by someone close to me against one of my kids because the person who did it wanted my kid. And all my kids got taken for the investigation. But thank god the dcfs seen right through the lies and the person that did it had a history with dcfs and drugs and i was able to prove myself to them doing everything asked . But it is hard and i was so scared because of storys like this .

Nothing is wrong with him spanking the child if she is pointing her middle finger and disrespecting her mother autistic or not you don’t know where the child is on the spectrum so this isn’t an excuse unless you deal with autistic children they can be disciplined too depending on where they are on the spectrum and don’t act like you didn’t know what he meant by race not everyone bruises easily but if your white yes you will see red if your black you might or might not it’s common sense

I say this with pride. I am one of the best mothers in the world. When my kids were little. My sister had a best friend that was extremely jealous of me. One day my sister had surgery and asked me to take care of her. So I did. A week later I had CPS at my door. With all of these false allegations. I wondered who had called on me. At the time I didn't know I had enemies. Yep it was my sister's best friend. She wanted revenge because I was there for my sister and not her. It's crazy how jealousy can affect your whole family. CPS left in the case was closed. It's been 20 years since that happened. She never showed her face afterwards.

Autism doesn’t mean you can’t discipline your child. They know what they’re doing (unless they’re high on the spectrum).

I’m really happy he passed. But he must understand that the child is special needs and physical discipline and/or punishment is not ok.
