Steerable Transfer Cart for Die Handling with 30 Ton Carrying Capacity

This ELS Transfer Cart has been designed to make die handling easy. Its travel is powered by onboard DC batteries and is operator controlled by a handheld radio controller. It features an onboard battery charger, and cable reels for managing power cables. When stationary and performing die transfer, it draws AC power for its screw-jack lift deck that has 15 inches of vertical stroke. Its deck features mechanical rollers, and a winch system in addition to a Serapid link chain system to push and pull dies off and onto its deck.

It easily shuttles dies between multiple production stations where die forming happens and storage or maintenance areas.
