Excellent advice! Thank you for sharing! 6th stretch would have to be a seated spinal twist!
ОтветитьBaby pose helps my lower back a lot. As long as I push my feet into my hip flexors deeply.
ОтветитьExcellent!🇺🇸🎯💯💥💯🎯🇺🇸
Ответить👁️ Squat, Elbow btw Knees, 🙏 Press Out, Squeeze Glutes! ☯️
ОтветитьIt hurts just by watching...
ОтветитьIs Trevor your brother?
ОтветитьThat thigh exercise is impossible. With a lot of difficulty I can get my foot vertical against a wall, but given that I can get my body flat on the ground. I cannot get my leg to bend more than 135 degrees and I definetly can’t get my torso up.
ОтветитьAnd the people absolutely dead frightened of you and your friendliness to dogs. That's a PLUS+ Apple.
ОтветитьHonestly, I cannot distinguish btw thee STRETCH (U) and a YOGAN POSE (I.) 6 YEA!...
ОтветитьI like this I was always looking for good stretching but for good flexibility I thank thy
ОтветитьHow long will you stay in the stretch?
Ответить6th stretch exercise I think is important, especially if people have difficulty in squat, is the kneeling lunges with a weight on top of the knee for added depth range. My ankles are so tight I can hardly rest in that PS squat position while keeping my feet on the ground. 😊
ОтветитьFookin ell lad...... can just about put me socks on in the morn'. 🙃
Ответитьincredible
ОтветитьReally great tips. Thanks for boiling it down. How about T spine flexibility. A hands linked above head rotation and side bend concentrating on the T spine?
ОтветитьI like the downward dog stretch too. I can't get as good of a stretch just bending forward and I can really work on my calves.
ОтветитьAmazing I have a real busy life but i can set aside time daily to do these great stretches..love them..
Ответитьidk if this belongs here but weed showed me what was wrong with my body and when I got high I knew what movements to do to release tension/stretch or build muskle. Im kinda mentally fuked and often struggle listening to my body but spending time with yourself and really listen to everything you do can help alot! can someone relate?
ОтветитьSpeed x1.5
ОтветитьLOWER BACK STRETCHES
ОтветитьCat/cow and cobra/downward dog
ОтветитьFor me I would add pigeon pose for hips! Challenging video, especially the wall stretch😅
Ответить💟🌌☮️
Ответитьhorse stretch is my jam
ОтветитьIs it advisable to do these stretches before or after your workout?? I have seen others say after, but after my workouts I am so tired, I don't know if I can do these effectively.
ОтветитьDo you have a DVD made in a slower Pace because you're moving so fast we can keep up with you we who are 60 or 70 years old need time to process your movements can you do this😊
ОтветитьWhat pants are you wearing in the intro? The baggy green/black joggers
ОтветитьIf I had to pick a 6th ‘stretch’ it would be the ATG split squat. Shit is life changing
ОтветитьYou guys are so great, thanks for all your videos! I have been following along for a few weeks now and my (nearly 40 year old) body really feels better doing these stretches you recommend. Again, I thank you for making these videos. Also, if you want to check out some music I've recorded, click on my page! —Zach
Ответить6. Lying gluteal stretch
ОтветитьHow to stretch my сосk before entering a рussу?
ОтветитьMy favorite part was when you just pet your dog instead of treating him like he's interrupting the video 😎
ОтветитьWe will miss you Sir. Have a good journey for your next endeavour.
ОтветитьGreat advice fella 👍🏼
ОтветитьIt's risky to do the squat just for resting outdoors though. People might think I'm peeing or worse 😂.
ОтветитьMy pick for number 6 would be something for internal hip rotation
Because for whatever reason my right hip does not like to internally rotate
6th Simple twist. Turning waist & head/neck. To avoid old person when driving that turns their whole bod to check next lane - don’t move neck without moving body.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing this it's sounds very beneficial but do you have any videos with stretching techniques for total beginners to start? Otherwise this is very challenging and straightforward I am discouraged with no 3 and 4. As I am not so fit as you're. So if is no problem any soft start stretching Wil be more beneficial. In my case I am middle aged women in premeno and few pounds extra around belly so not so fit. But thank you for sharing this it is very kind of you.
Ответитьi really enjoy your morning stretches they work for my back use have awesome vids thanks guys
ОтветитьYour doing us a great service. Keep it up
ОтветитьDoes anybody appreciate a “STORROR” t-shirt?🖤
ОтветитьI get pain behind my knees (nerve pain) which prevents me from going deeper into the stretch, how do I fix this?
Ответить6th stretch sitting with your legs open and leaning forward then back up, leaning to one leg then back up, then other leg and back up and repeat. goal is to be able to put forehead on the floor infront of you, and forehead on leg while reacting for your toes each side. back hips shoulders legs are all being stretched in this position
ОтветитьI've done the first one before. The wall quad was intense! I was only able to have my torso upright on my left quad. The right one was so tlgnt I had to have it lower. Crab was tough too. I'm going to do all these regularly i need to improve my flexibility.
Ответитьas MD i thought yes number 1 cause of death for elderly might indeed be that --- falling and brweaking a hip is number 1 death....
ОтветитьF**************K THIS. IM OUT
Ответить❤. Squat toilet.❤. Squat TOILET. ❤ SQUAT TOILET ❤. EVERY DAY I HAVE DONE IT ❤. TOILET HEALS❤.
Ответить6th exercise - Markataasana. As someone hunched over a laptop for most of the day, its one of the most enjoyable stretches for me.
