When I open the file it downloads driver but gets stuck on installing then says installing failed, any idea why this is?

This works but I use a sort of usb cord charger to connect it fully. Only problem is when I unplug it, it will disconnect when 30 mins past. And if I just simply keep it plugged in, I get no sound on my computer.

the app and the controller sometimes works, sometimes it doesnt. i have to remove the bluetooth device and click start stop in the app a lot of times untill it works. When it doesn't work it seems as the controls in game are completely random, the buttons do something else than i've originally set.

Aaah...I had the ps3 controller working but the ps4 wouldnt work...this screwed up the program and I lost sound on the game I was playing too and made my ps3 controller stop working entirely! Wtf! So thanks! Anyone know if I can dtill use both controllers on the same game? I might just say screw it snd by a couple of xbox controllers!

You must be a busy person, but I will still ask. I'm new to all of these things and I followed the steps, but when I press the "Step 1" button it starts to download and when it's at 99.7% it closes that tab so I can't press the "Finish" button. I still tried rebooting my laptop to see if that wouldn't matter. And i guess it did because it didn't say "Using Sharing Mode". and the download tab popped up again. What can I do?
