The first time I ever watched To Wong Foo was when I was In Vietnam, 1972. I remember it like it was just 51 years ago. I'd just single handedly saved an entire village from being attacked. Over the next few years I would earn the trust of the villagers and when they finally accepted me as one of their own, I ate every last one of them and celebrated by watching To Wong Foo on DVD.
