Did he really commit fraud or did he just try to beat a VA that was F*ing him over?

A VA doctor wrote a letter saying my father (retired Navy Seal) with MS and who's in a wheel chair 80% of the time was fine and didn't need housing assistance. EENNN! Wrong.

Another VA doctor denied my Gunny claims because he was an alcoholic and they said that's why he has PTSD and anxiety. Not because of all of the horrible things he witnessed between 3 combat tours to Iraq. He later died of alcoholism and never could get the help he needed.

F* the VA. Some of them WANT to take your benefits. Lots of them have their education paid for BY the VA, and still do this to veterans. F* them, I hate the VA the day I can get off of TDIU (which I'm still waiting on...) and land a nice secure job, I'm cancelling all my benefits with them. F* them and f* their money too!

You have to really hate these people to be willing to cancel your benefits. But until I can afford a civilian doctor I have to continue seeking help and receiving therapy from this system of a**holes.

Must be nice to have mommy and daddy pay for you to go to school so you don't have to go to the military and then look at service members with real issues and say, "nah they're just a bunch of victims."

This is heartbreaking that he had legit claims and did this. This is also frustrating that I am fighting for legitimate claims for myself and this man was easily able to do this, 🤯

This is insane. I was hurt with back injuries, knee injuries and respiratory disease in the Air Force and they never offered me a medical discharge review, instead have me a forced out 3 years into a 6 year enlistment with a discharge (general under honorable) after i refused to sign a suicidal ideations statement. The VA and the military are both rife with malfeasance.

People that quickly join military want to quickly get out, and then try to acquire the highly coveted 100% VA benefits that nearly pays out close to $4K monthly with trying to hook up with scumbag VA affiliated veterans telling them HOW to get the precious 100% VA benefits by lying to physicians about their agony , and also these so called Veterans probably got their PTSD by simply getting yelled at just going through bootcamp. You can see most of these veteran with their DV (disabled Veteran) license plates driving around, parked in any handicap zones if you are very keen and observing, they walk about looking as normal as any healthy person walking, most of these Veterans are 99.9% capable of doing labor intense yardwork and other household chores and work GOV and DoD Contractor jobs on any U.S military installation. The Veteran, most of them scam the VA system pretending to be in pain and agony, but are clearly laughing at the U.S tax payers for giving them so much money that actual wounded combat veterans deserve.

If any person tells a lie they will continue to tell lies. However; Some times they get confused about their lies. So because they keep changing their lies this is how they get caught telling a lie. Go back to what the Holy Bible says : ( 1.) Thou Shalt Not Lie. ( 2.) Be sure your sin will find you out. ( 3.) What is done in darkness will be brought to the light. ( 4.) All liars will have a place in the Lake of Fire. Note: This guy was self centered and very arrogant. He probably bragged to friends about all this free undeserved money he was getting from American Tax Payers. Mean while real American veterans that lost their legs and arms in combat with also struglling with PTSD are getting delayed on their real claims. This is flat out a man that does not care about other American Veteans. They need to lock him up in prison for life. My friend is a American Veteran. He is 100 percent service connected permantely. He has PTSD . From seeing combat. He does qualify to get a Disabled Placard to park in the disabled parking, from the Depatment of Motor Vehicles. Yet, he will not apply. Why ? Because he does not want to park in a place where actual real disabled veterans are parked that do not have legs. Its a concious thing. There is a old saying : One go's around comes around. The Holy Bible says: What a man sews he will reap. This means what you put out will come back on you. Also a little white lie will turn to lots of lies. Because if you tell a lie you must create and manufacture another lie to cover the first lie. Plus when people do drugs or drink alchohol all the evil they have did will come out of their mouth. There is a old saying : " A drunk never lies ". Especially if some one video records what they are saying on their Cell Phone video camera. Then puts this video on You Tube. So now this fraud and fake is doing time in prison. This is great. Lock him up for life. His actions are hurting other Ameican veterans that really lost both arms and both legs. This is not funny and is not a joke.

6 years of dealing with the VA an only 20% out of the group of veterans I talk to every one of them have had smooth disability claims me the complete opposite an if anything I’m worse than all of them physically an I can’t even get simple claims like my feet back headaches. This is why I get so frustrated I’m not lying I’m legit messed up but the VA always deny deny deny deny like even putting the same info that my friends did an helping me out where they had some similar issues they got their stuff approved but not me still getting denied but u got ppl like this where they don’t even have to try an prove anything so frustrating

This is odd because with a spine injury bad enough to cause paralysis there should be objective evidence of a spinal cord injury on imaging. Its very clear when you look at MRIs and XRAYs if there is a very serious problem with your spine.

My ex-wife lied on her application to get into the military she didn't disclose pre-existing injury which caused her not to be able to make it through basic training and she got a medical discharge from the military. Somehow she got Gulf War vet put on her discharge papers and she's been collecting disability ever since 2000. And she should be in jail or fined for the disability shes still collecting. She even got the VA to pay for voc rehab for her to be a nurse and she's been raking in benefits ever since and I can't seem to get anybody to even give a s*** but they're going to prosecute f**** veterans that actually went overseas and actually didn't lie on their f**** contracts to get into the military and what a f**** joke

I know a female that hurt her back in the military... no surgery, no broken vertebrae. Just hurt her back. She received 100% scheduled compensation in 1 year. Unbelievable... I was injured in the Parwan Province Afghanistan in 2006... 6 surgeries to repair nerve damage. Took me 5 years to reach 100%.

Most of the veterans I know have lied to get additional benefits. At least from what they have told me. I was told claim this, claim that..... I didn't. I got all of 10% but really I should be getting a lot more. I was Dishonorably Discharged after a 4-year investigation that had no evidence. Unlike most people under investigation, I was not removed from my position and I was still required to do command PT. Not just the regular stuff, but play soccer with the command. I completely tore my ACL and meniscus. Because that was during my DD period, they don't acknowledge the injury. Never fixed, no medical for it. Still causes problems at times. I have other issues as well from my 2 prior Honorable periods, but I never went to medical. I should still be fighting for more, but I haven't.

Guys if you are 100 percent just be satisfied with that and clothing allowance if you get that. It’s once a year they give it to you. A friend of mine she so stupid she was 100 percent P&T. She had 3 more diagnoses but they told her she doesn’t have to file for anything. She decided to open a new claim and she went from 100 down to 80 and was pissed. But after years trying to get it back, she got it. She still gets her retirement from the army, Va benefits and retired from the post office too and now she listens to us when we tell her to stop putting in stupid claims.

Man, I have no knees left and damage on my middle and lower back. It’s sad that this guy went this far.
I have PTSD and MST. Legit! And I always got denied compensation until I had to hunt down my jacket from the military.
The older I got the more my body is deteriorating. Majority of Veterans attempt to keep mobility and attempt to be independent. It is terrible watching those who have spinal cord injuries and the paraplegic.
Honesty is the best policy. The VA does have a lot wrong with it, but that’s why we have lawyers and appeal court and higher review board.
I have a neighbour trying to pull this with the SSA to obtain SSDI. There’s nothing wrong with the guy and he claims to be almost paralysed, but he works out of his garage with the garage door wide open.
When people do this sort of thing, it makes them criminals.
I’m not a judge but this is my opinion.
