Introducing Toko Graphics Pack for Davinci Resolve

I've been wanting to get this pack for a year now, but the only thing that stops me is the license "Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee." Does this literally mean that everytime I have to work on a video or animation, I would need to pay $69/$299 per video?
