Fit to FAT to Fit episode 1

THIS is crazy to me to be sending out into the world...but here I go! Hopefully, I will get more comfortable in front of the camera as I go...I certainly don't love hearing my voice and seeing me look like "this" but...heres to accountability!! 2019 is MY YEAR! Time to put me first for once!
