Blendtec vs Vitamix How to Rice Cauliflower by Blender Babes

Blendtec vs Vitamix - You can rice cauliflower in a Vitamix or Blendtec blender in a jiffy using the wet chop method.
How to Make Cauliflower Rice
1) Cut cauliflower into smaller pieces and place in blender jar (no more than 2/3 full)
2) Fill with water just until cauliflower lifts above the blades
3) For Vitamix - PULSE until desired consistency is reached - usually 6-8 times. For Blendtec use Speed LOW or 3 for 3-4 seconds OR you can also pulse until desired consistency
4) Pour through a sieve
5) Pat dry and prepare to bake or fry it with seasonings + desired oil.
