Do you think this is eligible just for comparative formats such as reality TV, yellow press, fear and hate related speech on social media, scripted reality/ American idol etc. or do you mean television in general (because of blue light)? I recognized a shift in behavior and dreaming when I completely ceased watching television. On the other hand I like to stay informed in turns auf deepening my spirituality which is still possible without television but this is also another big source of it.
