You guys messed up the math. It's 3 days there AND BACK. Not just three days there. Ignoring the fact that no human being could run that fast, it only takes a day and a half for him to get there. It then takes the same amount of time to return. He explicitly established that returning with the requested item takes a total of 3 days when Dread Lord Sinister asks for the first bear claw. He made a total of 3 deliveries by the time he complains about losing sleep:
1. The initial cup of coffee (3 Days, not 6)
2. The first bear claw (3 Days, not 6)
3. The second cup of coffee (3 Days, not 6)
That's a total of 9 days up to that point. Not even TWO weeks. So he did NOT, in fact, lose 18 days of sleep. I know there's gonna be some smug jackass who shoots back that he must of already missed 9 days of sleep prior to this sketch, but we all know that when this sketch was written, the implication was that he lost it all going back and forth to deliver coffee.
