OMG ! Intro horn scared my 3 birds and they all took off at once! 😂
ОтветитьI was in & out of the live today. What a show. Have a good holiday weekend girl!!
ОтветитьApparently the glass does not match, a logical conclusion would be that somebody planted it.
ОтветитьDear cops, go out and solves crimes and leave jurors alone!
ОтветитьI just found you! Your impersonation of Judge Bev is hilarious. Thank you for your coverage, I’ve never seen this from last year. Sus.
ОтветитьAV I want to know if when he left Karen he had a glass in his hand and what was in it
ОтветитьI had a core temperature of 89 I passed out in the snow at −18°.I spent three days in the hospital because when you're in severe hypothermia even though you warm up your Body functions shut down .nd they had the monitor .
ОтветитьDon't rule out that the dog could have attacked him and caused him to slip and fall.
ОтветитьBrain surgeon said that he fell down and hit his head. He gave no indication of any cause. The black eyes can be caused as the surgeon said it can also occur by a punch which better fits the timeline and would explain the contusion.
ОтветитьHadn't thought about this, the phone was under him but he was on his back. How can this happen?
ОтветитьAmsterdam is great
ОтветитьI swear Bev has a vodka tonic in her cup 😂😂
ОтветитьMiss Gillman - here is a broken glass, I can put it back together? So? Did I miss something.
ОтветитьThis trial is a joke, if a dog had attracted him, he would have been a mess. Big dogs and sometimes little dogs have deep bites. I have had this happen both my arms were missing skin.
ОтветитьTrooper Paul…. No words!
ОтветитьNeed more likes for our friend. She is doing great.
ОтветитьI studied some anatomy & neuro, and the Neurosurgeon’s testimony made perfect sense to me. BUT: It was filled with Jargon & extremely poorly translated into common terms 👎🏽
For example: basic terms like Anterior (front), Posterior (back), Lateral (side) being used and attached to Occipital (back of skull, by base) which is responsible for processing visual information, etc 👎🏽
The terms being used without visuals was extremely over-the-head of most people. I would NEVER have understood that guy without two semesters of university level anatomy, neuroanatomy, specifically focusing on all those terms & regions!
What a wasted testimony! “Coup (brain hits area inside 🧠 skull) Contra - Coup” (brain ‘bounces’ to an area across from the initial injury) was poorly explained.
Just say, “the brain is like a ball, inside the skull, 💀 connected at the base, and when the skull hits against an object, the skull slows or stops moving, but the brain keeps moving, causing bleeding, and can bounce to the other direction, smashing into the opposite side of the skull.
Then, explain exactly how the forensics supported that using explanations of the jargon.
Terms like “Foramen” which just means “hole.” Or, Cervical, which refers to the first few vertebrae C-1 through C-7 that the skull sits on. Any damage there can instantly render one a quadriplegic or paraplegic.
Our “brain” included the entire region starting with the Base, at the base of the skull, responsible for our most essential functions of (during sleep) breathing, swallowing, heart beat, movement, organ functions, etc.
The outer, surface brain, “cortical” areas? That’s just the surface areas that we believe developed on top of the more base-brain, over tens of thousands of years as we’ve evolved.
He used term line “cortex” as if people understand the “cortex” is that outer, later developed, “higher functioning” reasoning area.
No, people do not “get it” just because those terms are used in everyday discussions.
I know basically how an image is “percieved” by the eye, turned upside down in the eye, projected to the back of the eye upside down, sent to the back of the head “occipital region,” through the “optic chiasm” an “X” in the center of our brain, where it crosses 80% of the visual info from Left to Right, but 20 % stays on the same side (10% plus 10% is same-sided, “ipsi- lateral”), and then projects an image to the back of our skull upright.
But, I don’t understand it, just know the basic pathways and how doctors can diagnose a brain tumor by a defect in, for example, one’s sudden inability to see out of the upper right corner of one’s left eye- just by that defect!
Yet, the parts of the brain 🧠 running down the center of the spine? Not explained! Nerves interrupted inside our vertebrae, connecting our nerves to our bodies and explaining John getting “knocked out” but still able to lie there, dying? Not explained at all.
The Prosecution failed to elicit a rich picture of how John’s injuries from slamming his head onto the ground, lacerated his skin and cause fractures (breaks) that extended laterally (sides) and forward (anteriorly) causing the “raccoon eyes” through fractures (cracks) around his eye sockets.
To be honest, I found his testimony fascinating.
But, there’s zero chance I’d have followed it without getting an A- in the hardest class I’ve ever taken- neuro!
And, I have two Masters degrees!
Wasted opportunity. They could’ve had diagrams, power-point, or just a basic sketching with common words to replace the Jargon.
I predict the jury will be very confused.
Too bad.
It is my hope that tomorrow…(considering the canceled court although they had planned on a half day…)that it has something to do with the hearing at 3pm over the buffer zone in the higher court… bev and attorneys may need the day free to reinstate first amendment rights back to Norfolk county, and the town that pays their salary to ruin every level of local government they have left. If or any!
ОтветитьAunt Bev sent his people to you said and I don't quote that you out of everyone is favorite to watch
ОтветитьThe doctor's half closed eyes make him look like Garfield the cat. lol
