For me if I were to buy one in NC. I want a less modern feel, nice kitchen. Sort of a log cabin mix with a beach house, with a touch of modern as well. Just nice cabinets like a dark brown paint. ETC anyways I would pic a quoted location. Closer to the beach and with windows all around so when you walk up the stairs, you'll see everything!!!!! Nice counter tops too!
