I've been using ADHD relief, classical music, jazz, and all the frequency stuff and after an hour or so, I'm get annoyed with the sound, or the repeating of the same songs, and have had to switch. I work a 5-hour day (retirement's comin'!) and I have to change the focus whatever-it-is about 3 or 4 times. I've been listening to this 3 1/2 hours and I'm not tired of it and it hasn't distracted me at all. Thank you. It sounds simple but it's a complex thing to have trouble focusing. You can't "make" yourself focus, or at least I can't. Sometimes I'll be working away and think, "Oh hey! I'm focusing!" and then I'm not focusing again. It's frustrating and you're a lifesaver in my book!

I have been listening to the rainfall every night lying in bed. It's wonderful I sleep like a baby. Thankyou.
