I had not seen the performance of the electric car (R. Dumas, VW), but I had seen that with a thermal car (S.Loeb, Peugeot). The first driver is a former professional, Formula 1 and endurance. The second, champion in WRC and Rally Raid. We see the result. I would like to see other French drivers attack this race (Bourdais, Leclerc, Gasly...), or european drivers (Verstappen, Hamilton, Augier...), but it might not be for them.

would be interesting to see what this thing could do with an actual EV powertrain (less weight, more power)

the acceleration ridiculous, that made the control on steering more difficult, that's a little issue there, because it's track racing car so you need so much grip especially in the uturns, yet no doubt the car one of the best racing track toys, and it smashed the numbers, it just need a good driver, plus good weather.

Après, je suis motard et j'aime les bruits mécaniques, alors forcément, je préfère et de loin , la prestation de Sébastien Loeb avec sa petite Peugeot thermique archaïque à 6 rapports par ailleurs très bruyants...
Mais toujours mieux à l'oreille que le son linéaire d'une perceuse montée sur 4 roues.

Certes, c'est une technologie incroyable, ici allemande électrique, après la technologie française thermique, mais les pilotes de ces engins sont 100% français, comme les pilotes des avions rafales, les meilleurs pilotes du monde. 🙏

Impressionnant les prises de vitesse, et les accélérations avec ce monstre, perso je sais pas si on peut aller encore beaucoup plus vite, mais au-delà sa doit vraiment être très dangereux, à un moment il faut savoir dire stop, mais l'être humain est ainsi fait.!!!😔🤨😉

Allez voir Ari Vatanen avec sa 405 T16 sur la même route, sauf qu'elle n'est pas goudronnée! C'est du grand art!! Le film Climb Dance montre le talent hors normes de ce pilote! Et à mon humble avis, je ne pense pas qu'avec une voiture à pile Romain aurais battu Ari! A savoir qu'Ari à inventer la prise de virage en pendulaire, et ça, c'est un avantage non n'négligeable!
