Will this 1900-1916 tool work on my 1929 Ford Model A Roadster?

My friend David & his dad were cleaning dads workshop and found this tool in his tool box, it was patented during 1900-1916 and they decided to give to me and @ModelA since we have Ford Model A’s as he wasn’t sure if it was from that era or Model T era…
Will it work on my 1929 Roadster?
