I dont have wired needle can i make this without wired needle

Have loved making this and I am now up to the hood. Making this for a friend and she’s not to keen on a hood. Just wondering if you have any suggestions or other tutorials that would allow me just to make a collar instead. Thank you 😊

Hi great tutorial easy to follow instructions. If I wanted to do the cable in a different colour from the rest how do I do that when knitting in the round. thanks

Now start left part right part separate from here
