The Jpegs from my X100 Gen1, my first Fuji, have been the first photos for me that didn't need editing besides cropping.

I use the X raw conversion software for a lot of photos to puch the exposure and work the colour a little before bringing it into another program to do final edits. I have issues with the colours being off and the colours clipping (specifically red a bit more for some reason) in rawtherapee. I want perpetual license and capture one or dxo photo lab is a bit expensive for me. Also My x-e3 used to be a well priced entry level camera to the fuji system, now it's used price is insanely inflated. Mine is well used, has a few dead pixels that are a bit annoying so I don't think I'd get that, but I'm not selling cause I love it ao much. I could buy a nikon z5 and a lens for the cost of the body in some cases.

The status "sold out" is part of their marketing to keep the prices high.

As an XT30 first version owner, until today 2024 it is still my best photography tools especially for traveling or even family occasions all time!! And sometimes i took videography as well.

I love the super strong kit-lens 18-55mm with IOS, the classic favorite 35mmf14 and now I am planning to get the new release super sharp lens (red badge) XF16-55mm F2.8 (ll version).

I built a photo career on an xt3 and have landed enormous shoots (20k +) while shooting some of the newer pro grade models. It’s what works for you and inspires you to shoot.

I’m happy to swim against the tide - I’m not buying Fujifilm. Bought an XT30 and liked the retro design and the colours but not the menu system or the ergonomics. Kept it for a couple of months and sold it on. Went to Canon R6.

Mh I don’t think is just a trend, Fujis cameras also have great qualify, ease of use, controls, great lenses, are compact, and they look cool.

Film simulations are yesterdays news. Give me lut support for photo. Sims are too restrictive

I am a pro photographer and I do not know anyone shooting them. Not even amateurs. Clickbaiting does a horrible job for you. And says nothing about Fujis quality.

Why a Leica, I did want one back in 1980. I got Pentax SLR's an SP1000, later an MX, now 2 K50's. Also why Fujifilm? I still like the Pentax lineup.

Love my OLD Fujifilm cameras x100s, X-E1, and X-T2. But I returned the x-H2s because of poor autofocus it's nowhere near my Canon, OM-Systems, or even Nikon Z6 (first gen) and that's pretty bad for a 2500 USD camera.

I bought a Fuji years ago, it broke very quickly and I’ve never had a desire to own that garbage again. Why people like them I don’t know.

I love fuji: it allowed me to get cheap pentax gears and lenses from people switching to them.

Fuji intentionally mangles production and supply. Intax is their money pig. Fuji users are more than happy to lean into it- price gouging to completely absurd levels.

I am probably one of very few people who sold their fuji for another brand. I had an xt30 and loved it but wanted something slightly smaller and cheaper as I really don't need much of the features from the xt30. I now have a 13 year old sony nex 7. While this does exactly what I need and nothing more, I obviously miss the ease of fuji's film sims.
