I have rung 999 and told them about a drunk driver on the road and they've almost hung up on me BEFORE I give them the location! This happened twice!

1st clip was clearly the white vans fault. However the driver of the vehicle with the camera could have saved themselves a headache with a quick mirror check before turning right, especially as they had to swing left to give themselves enough room. It takes 2 seconds and costs nothing but could save you alot.

If you can't make the turn on the mini roundabout, then just go left and find somewhere to turn safely, cause from my view you're at fault for that stupid manoeuvre, plus the white van driver has no observation skills anyway, but still, to the van driver you're going left and he preceded straight and then you bash into him. Always to shave off a minute or two by being stupid rather than being safe and considerate. There was only two exits there....left and straight, but you had to be different.

To my mind the camera vehicle was at fault too, why swing to the left so much? That mini roundabout should of been negotiated by simply driving straight ish, the exaggerated swing to the left is what caused this imho. , I’m not condoning the van going too fast but she obviously thought cam vehicle was turning left. Regarding the first clip, the highway code does advise against u turns at mini roundabouts due to situations like this can happen, 188 I think. Dosent make what the woman done correct though.
