get some Stability daily trainers like GT-2000 or Asics Kayano Gel series or Asics Nimbus if you like soft, it's mild stability but it can help with ankle and planter fasciatis and hips and knees. slowly building up and running more also helps :) run / walk also good idea to start if starting from no fitness.
