How is this news? Haha
ОтветитьYou have to know there are always ticks around that time of year, why is that news?. And an off trail walk... They are no big deal, if you check yourself constantly. I had a walk this last weekend, it was so bad I had to stop and clean myself every 15 or so minutes.. and what, they are slow and big, so you can spot them instantly (wear long legs/sleeves always and a hat.) and you flick them away and that is it. Not a single bite, probably 30 or more I had to discard... its nature, there are bugs around there.
ОтветитьThey are bad this year in Christina lake bc
ОтветитьAnd Ottawa is full of them too
ОтветитьMust be immigrants or something because the presence of ticks is well known throughout Canada in the woods. Why is this news?
Ответитьburn your clothes
ОтветитьThere are insects and even animals outside! It might even rain or snow. Best to just stay inside.
ОтветитьBasic forest knowledge is news now
🤡🌎
Bring back ddT and everything will be a o k . I live in tickland mississauga
Ответитьholy yukkkkk.
ОтветитьMake me glad I live north
ОтветитьNo one literally cares
ОтветитьThat's Nature 😊
Stay on the Trails
They are everywhere even in your Backyard.
ОтветитьPermethrin spray. Spray your boots and some outdoor clothing. No smell, can be washed, repeat monthly. Did this, and spent three hours in the woods, cutting wood, not one tick on me!
ОтветитьTick tock,I hate ticks but who cares because I got a big...
ОтветитьEverybody run!!!
ОтветитьThe lack of Birds has ticks up everywhere ...
Ответить😂 well go back home. As Canadians we know this
ОтветитьFyi... the tick problem is literally across the entire country.
ОтветитьTicks are easy to deal with..... one wear proper clothing.... also there's plenty of repellents you can typically buy from canadian tire or most out door stores. Iv been hiking all over the mountains and have spent 4-7 weeks at a time solo in the mountains . Ticks are the least of your worries and the easiest to deal with
ОтветитьSeriously? I live in the country, close to a wooded area, and every time I came in after mowing the lawn I’d easily find a couple usually between the skin my sock or worse up my leg, so I started to check my body every time I came in, and always found one! I live in the prairies so I can only imagine how bad it is in the parks and lakes?
ОтветитьIn other breaking news:
Swimmer jumps in water, gets wet
My aunt died with in a month after being bit by a tick. Lyme disease. She went to the hospital with flu symptoms and breathing problems, she died there.
ОтветитьTicks in the forest? Wow, what a shocker. I never saw that coming. Let me guess, it's Danielle Smiths fault. Right?
ОтветитьSlow day for news...
ОтветитьAaa do they not no, there are tics, everywhere now haha
ОтветитьSounds like she’s a new citizen.. ask a local . It’s spring time so yea ticks are everywhere
ОтветитьTicks me off that doctors won't take this serious
ОтветитьWho gives a flying F why is this even news? this happens every year big deal.
ОтветитьProbably it was Mark carney and the liberals
ОтветитьHoly the liberals really want to distract everyone
ОтветитьWow! Ticks in the wild?! No way!
ОтветитьDay-to-day life in CFB Gagetown training area, that's why we DEET our uniforms.
ОтветитьAre they Lyme disease carrying ticks or just ticks
Ответитьi notice they've cut out the climate change part lol
why talk to an expert if you cut it out? everyone knows already about the normal tick risk. leaving it out makes it look like your ignoring it on purpose
Nothing new, not worth a news report, ticks have been trouble from April till the end of July for the last 100 years lmfao, letting foreigners in is the real problem here
ОтветитьOmg you went off a path and you got ticks, nooooo way 😂😂😂😂😂 🤦
ОтветитьOmgoodness Gerri! That is awful.
ОтветитьThere's evidence to suggest lyme disease was a bio weapon
ОтветитьThis is what’s considered news now ?
ОтветитьThis made the news? Pfffttt
ОтветитьI don't get it. Im an avid outdoors guy, hiking and camping all the time. I've never had a tick on me. Guess it's just luck.
ОтветитьBrampton full of it. Liberal ban certain pesticides and other medicines and don’t spray. They make all these rat invested ravines and full of mosquitos and ticks and fleas. Go test Brampton and you will find over 20 ticks within a half hour trail walk.
ОтветитьImbeciles stay home and hide from the air.
ОтветитьOmg not ticks in a forest lmfao what a joke
Ответитьever heard of bug spray?
ОтветитьBio engineered ticks too
ОтветитьI hope Steve Wallis see this...
This is one method the Canadian government wants to buy out ALL PROVINCIAL PARKS across Canada. Not to forget, they keep the parks to themselves and to the wealthy one percenters...
That's what happens when you go outside
