I don't understand how a mother could treat her son who was missing before badly or neglectful like he wasn't already wronged

One thing I feel uncomfortable with in all these short dramas is the emphasis on being rich . In order to prevail you have to be the richest/most powerful/most successful etc . The poor really are regarded as nothing .

The plot is so unrealistic like to value more your adopted kid than your own child. This kind of plot is not my likes. I really don't get why Chinese drama come up with this idea, so unrealistic and this one has a lot of version. The scumbag adopted son's behavior is like a drug addict 😢. I watched this in a fast forward avoiding those nonsense scenes.

Happy ending for FL and her son! They didnt even have to do much and retribution came down on the terrible family just because of their bad behavior. That adopted son was such an ungrateful and arrogant POS. He walks around like his sh!t doesn't stink. The actor who portrayed that character did such a great job in that role, I applaud him. Made me hate the character so much but loved his acting. The gf of the adopted son was such an arrogant snob and that was her own undoing, too. This drama is really telling that if you have bad behavior and bad character, it'll be your own undoing because someone out there will have a higher standing who's lowkey and can crush you. Treat everyone with respect and dignity and we'll all be able to live better because of it.
