Dealing w/injury now. Haven’t skipped in 3 days. Can b depressing. U have the best gear of any skipping company UK or US. That is the best way to get ur brand publicity.

Rushie, I am following you from the time when I started skipping and seriously I was a noob but now my neighbours say that man you are a pro but I reply that no because the one I follow is like a god and me in front of him will be like my dream come true. And definately I will look a noob in front of you. Can you give me the signed rope as it is a part of my dream. I am 14 years old so comming to London from India at this age is just impossible. So, hope you understand

I've got some major shin splints right now (at least I'm hoping that's all it is).
I've skipped through the pain for months to be honest, but I've had to stop now - it's too painful - even at rest 😫

I had back surgery for sciatica back in 07. it rears up when i do lunge skips and my knees flair up at squat jumps. So I have to rest them areas and do other stuff. Can get you down but I come back when I'm rested. Keep going rushy, your a continuous inspiration👍

Achilles problems in the past too before jump roping. Both feet would end up being injured in playing America flag football, I injured my right foot early on played through the pain only to do the same to my left foot.....Stretching was the course of action, the best by far and away is the TOWEL STRETCH!! Every jump rope routine has me warming up and cooling down with a segment doing the towel stretch. Get well my friend!!!

No big injuries, but pain in my right hip if I do double unders, so I'm currently not doing them anymore. I love the look of the ghost rope, but can't bear pay 30% more just for the color, maybe you could make it 10£ and not a limited edition? Great video as always!!👏🏼

Yo Rush I broke my arm when I was 12 yrs old. I was full time skateboarder (skater) but when I broke my arm I was severely depressed for a week. Literally I didn't shower for 6 days straight lol. All I did was acclimate to the challenges of getting dressed and showering with a broken arm. I didn't have a cast either cause of the spot it broke was a unusual area for arm break (upper arm close to shoulder). Any ways idk how I made it through tbh but I still would get on my skateboard and try to skate as it was the only thing that would make me happy. But once I got use to opening my school locker, and small things like that it went by really quick. I had to wear a sling for 8 weeks and the bone took a year to get to full strength. I still skated hard and even harder after that! Just stay tough mentally is all I can really say! Much love from Salt Lake City, Utah!

Despite being injured, my dude still posting videos, going for walks, going to the gym! That's real dedication, man! You're already looking pretty good, Rush! It's just a matter of time before you come back fully cured and as good as new! I also love the fact that he shows all his background activities of his business.. I mean who does that?! These vlog type videos literally calms down my mind, man so feel free to upload them as much as you want.. I know people said this before but yes, you should be a motivational speaker, dude! I have injured myself for the first time last year. I Didnt like it freaked me out. For hq, the only thing I can suggest is perhaps match the door with the windows (the windows are so white and pops out). But I dont think I'm saying something you dont already know lol

I am barely working out again after 3 months of nothing since my last knee surgury.

It sucks I havent danced with a rope since december and all I have been doing since then is pull ups.

Barely using my treadmill to get a workout in its pathetic but I got to keep moving and one day back to the rope again.

Just got to recover and wait for my Dr to clear me.

Injuries break you more mentally than physically. I'm sure your physio and trainers can design you a solid upperbody/core workout to keep up with some physical exercise. I can understand It's hard for you to not to jumprope but it's best to recover before. May be this would give you more time to focus on motivational vlogs and on business contracts with retailers in different countries. Look at the bright side Rushie and make most of what IS! May be next week Gigi can do a weekly workout video with her trainer 🤩😍🤩😍,! Wishing you a quick recovery bro 👊🏽

One of those yellow ropes could have been mine. Just got it yesterday in the mail. Delighted to get training was using another rope and it wasn't the same. Hopefully you recovery quickly and get back to training.

I had it band syndrome recently. If I ran my knee would give out after a few miles. It was awful . I tried to do other workouts and I got through it. I feel your pain though. People like us hate missing workouts.

Injuries SUCKKK man! And I know very well what you mean by "injury depression". I always have to calculate how I land, how I move etc due to my horrible knees...sometimes it really breaks me deep inside and I have to use ALL my willpower to keep training. Because there is simply NO excuse to jot train in Shaolin kungfu. So if I cant do certain leg stuff, I do upper body stuff or stretching. Today I slowly tried to skip a bit...guess its still a no go. 😔😔😔

Believe me mate, I know about injury depression, I've injured my back so many times at the gym and it not only sets me back physically but mentally and definitely emotionally. But then I put myself in the shoes of people who are either permanently injured and can't do the things that God blesses me to be able to do physically and it makes me overcome whatever injury I can get through to be able to get back on track. Pain is temporary, so let's better ourselves and to get back on solid ground 👍Sigue volando hermano and great brainstorming on the new look for headquarters 👌
