I’m a beginner at boxing and this video was absolute gold. Always thinking how to move the feet, weight distribution to move effectively and be attack ready. When I box I feel off balance and keep trying to figure out how to balance myself.. this was clinical in delivery and something I’ll be practicing day in day out. Keep them coming! Thank you!

I'm in my fifties now and have started doing some heavy bag work to keep fit after boxing in my teens ,these videos would have been so helpful approaching my 13/14th year .Keep up the good work Fran .

What about the other diagonals where the direction of movement would be perpendicular to the line between your feet, thus there is no clear front or back foot?
