The lag comes from having armor. Every time he takes damage the armor breaks and then gets restored. It's been like this for years at this point. Pretty embarassing honestly.

Gaining armor as self-damage demons is actually a pretty bad idea in my experience. I feel like armor slows the animations down for some reason

I feel like if they speed up the animations for this comp it would actually be viable
