Yes, maybe the nazis had socialist elements to their ideology but their social doctrines were definitely not the same. The reich and the USSR were both totalitarian but in very different ways. The biggest difference being that the USSR totalitarianism was supposed to be a dictatorship for the proletariat that would eradicate the bourgeoisie and counter revolutioninaries whilst the nazi totalitarianism was supposed to be a dictatorship for aryans that would eradicate any other group of people that might oppose them
