This video is crucial to launching a website in the best possible state in my humble opinion.

Today, we look at what needs to be done to get a website ready for launch. I've assembled this workflow over several years and I often see websites where some or all of these steps have been neglected, to the overall detriment of the websites and their owners. Let's do better!

We're taking care of housekeeping, legal docs for GDPR compliance, we set up web analytics with Matomo, making our 404 page, configuring All in One WP Security and Firewall, setting a favicon and optimizing the database, images and loading times.

I'm also showing you my progress checklist, an integral part of my project management, and I run you through my process.
