Jesus Christ said no one comes to God, His Father except through Him.

All have sinned, and done evil before God, who is a righteous judge, but  Jesus died for your sins, taking your penalty for the evil you did, because He loves you, and it is written, if you will confess with your lips, Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.

Ask Jesus to hear His voice speaking to you, because God still speaks to His people, and Jesus's sheep hear His voice.

All the constant fast Flashing edits makes me nauseated. I can't watch that kind of crap video production.

How will he ever get a fire in that bone dry place. This guy😅 oh and he has a mag striker. This mf. He gets paid to go camping and record it. You wanna talk about surcival....talk to the homeless people all over the us. Only in america can you make a show like this.

I miss when these originally aired. Was 12-13 at the time. I'm 30 now, and these never get old. I also miss building shelters in the woods with friends, and it's all because of this show. Les is such a legend.

Does anyone really believe he was out here and and filmed this on his own? Not possible even for big bad Les!!

lol, context is everything, I listen to this a lot when I'm doing things around the house without visuals so I also make up crazy scenarios, like what you do when you are on your own for a while, as long as you can keep your humor you in good shape- survival is just psychological you only winning if you believe you are - but you the best man, thanks for all the great lessons, I treasure them all .

I grew up watching Les Stroud, Bear Grylls, Dual Survival, and other survival shows. As much as I loved the fair of Bear or the dynamics of Dave and Cody, I learned the most from Les.

As someone who lives in the southwest, you should NEVER EVER drink ground water or creek water without filtering and boiling it. You just injested a lot of parasites and bad negative juju that would make you severely sick . Never do that

Burning so many calories

This episode brings back lots of memories. I was working HVAC at that time. I hated my job. I remember I got home after a long hard shift and I turned on the tv and this was the first episode of survivorman that I’ve ever watched. It was so relaxing watching him in the red canyons telling us how quiet it is.

His crow calls were so bad 😂

Sleep a half hour, feed the fire. Sleep a half hour, feed the fire. Repeat. The life of an alcoholic. Not saying Les is, just pointing out similarities(sadly) from experience.

I like how he's roleplaying a lost cyclist in the desert, yet he didn't have a single bit of water with him from the beginning.

I have a Clipper butane torch in all three of my backpacks I leave the house with. They each also have a pocket knife and paracord.. You never know man.. $100 of prep can save your life down the line.

"I'll cannibalize the bike to stay alive" is a phrase I've never expected to hear or find as funny as I do.
