Timbers, like Mustangs are among those airframes which model SO well, from flying point of view. Big wheels being scale is nice and this performs really well with the flaps, real verisimilitude on show.
El Capitan flights are like buses.. None for ages and then we're spoiled!
How things've come on since the 1970s. Blokes used to get told off for sitting down (late) for lunch on Sundays, smelling of nitromethane, now it's for turning a bit too tight.
I know which I prefer.

Another nice flight from Alan. Gee, he likes to fly close, doesn't he?😁😁😁 I noticed the flaps down, is that a permenant fixture, or, does it actually have flaps? They came here but I never got one. A very nice steady approach and a good landing, well done, Alan.

Just noticed it does have flaps! She still flies well, after some years in the box before she was flown again!

Great the UMX was re-usable, though I guess the battery would have been rendered useless.

Nice flight Alan! I’ve got the TT evo and I must say it’s a great little model to fly. Amazing to have a full house a/c with telemetry in this small model. Couldn’t have imagined this possible when I started RC in about 1974… 😅 It’s all come a long way - great isn’t it!!
