Good to know. My Sniper system is still on backorder. So I might be looking to get this sensor before I install it.
ОтветитьI appreciate you taking the time to make this Video
👍🏼
also I believe the Delco 213-928 is another alternative as well
ОтветитьGood video, I'm sure you know you're not going to get air in the head. If coolant is flowing out and you plug it with the new sensor.
Ответитьfrom what I've researched Holley and Fi-Tech use junk Chinese sensors. What I've found is you need to replace them with Delco sensors. Coolant and air sensors both. Delco is a far superior product . I'm going to install The Holley system on my best mates 70 Chevelle when it gets here. I'm just ordering the sensors and installing them at the very beginning. He has a 502 Big Block in it.
ОтветитьCan I get a coolant sensor from a local parts store?
ОтветитьThank you. My Sniper was reading approx 20 degrees too high. With the TX3 it's right on.
ОтветитьHi :) I have a Ford 200 inline six engine from 1964 that has a 1/8" coolant sensor. I guess that 3/8" where produced from late 1965 onwards? Do you know of any manufacturer that have a coolant sensor that would fit into my engine?
ОтветитьI just changed my sensor. It said it was 44°f when outside it was 26°f. I put the new sensor in and it changed to 26°f.The sensor that came with the sniper kit was off by 15°.
ОтветитьGreat video. How did you wire your stock dash temp gauge with your sniper harness? I just put a sniper system in my 1967 Cougar. Was it simple to do?
ОтветитьI put the sniper efi on my 47 merc and within 20 miles the o2 sensor crapped out and I replaced it with a Bosch one, I guess I should do the coolant temp sensor next 😮
ОтветитьMine is reading error, I’m going to buy this sensor, thanks for the help!
