ОтветитьHey, how do you estimate your threshold HR without blood sample/lab? I checked all calculators online but they show pretty big differences in terms of paces and HR that I'm supposed to be at. My max HR is 190, LTHR 177 (ran 30min all out on track, last 20min average HR=177) from this, some sites tell me I can do easy runs up to 158HR other's show it at 135HR, that's a huge range. I used to do it at 145-150 but I'm trying to train properly for my first marathon. I'm curious what's your max HR, threshold HR and easy longish run HR. Thanks for the videos!
