Do you wonder why your pressing sucks? Do you have shoulder pain when you press? In this video I'll show you the technique that fixes all three of these problems.
When you're missing shoulder extension and internal rotation your capacity to press diminishes significantly because the muscles that drive the pressing movement, mainly the pecs, are rendered actively insufficient. This means they are so short in their passive state that they are unable to shorten any more even when asked to do so.
Here I show you how to use a 5" ball or a peanut to release the pecs with a poor man's ART protocol that works better than any manual therapy you could pay money for.
