Dont get me wrong, i think Peter is awesome but...when it comes to his english, Peter you have a couple of things that are somewhat funny and they are so "you".
1) You are always using expressions like:
"it is a bit of an overstatement"
"objectively speaking"
"that's putting it mildly"
I believe there are a couple more that im missing hehe
2) When you feel discomfortable you tend to grab your nose multiple times. (such as when you were describing your Queen vs Rook against Gelfand)
This was cool..dudes a young monster
ОтветитьThis is so great and instructive! Thanks
ОтветитьSeems like youngster has no respect to man who can't win queen against rook.
ОтветитьSvidler is so kind and patient
ОтветитьI appreciate all the content from chess24 but could yall please remove the first 10 or 15 minutes of the streams of nothingness thanks
ОтветитьThese streams are awesome!
Ответитьyeah its called novotny trick
ОтветитьIn that Lothar Schmid game, can't you start with Rc3+ Kb6 Qxb8 Rxb8 Rgc7 and try the same mate idea but from the c file instead of the a file (i.e. threatening R3c6 mate instead of mating from a6 like you guys were trying)
ОтветитьLot of chess can be learnt from Peter svidler
Instructive👍🏻
Would also like to learn from vishy
ОтветитьTani is incredible, but his mom or some adult needs to educate him to stop interrupting people...
ОтветитьI like Peter Svidler as a plalyer and also especially as a commentator , this nurturing training on such a talent makes him more of an angel . Thank you so much .
ОтветитьLooking forward to the next one soon... Great content.
ОтветитьFor anyone who doesn't know. This guy is a puzzle rush monster so tactics are very easy for him. If you want to really see how good he is, watch the Hikaru Nakamura video where they went head to head and Tani actually gave him a good fight and even won a round.
ОтветитьThis kid is so good! It is embarrassing ;)
