I love Judge Lockwood. The care and concern he shows for the children and his fairness in these circumstances is incredible

The agency really dropped the ball on this. I will say that the daughter should be taking the services offered to her in English. If she doesn’t she may face the same roadblocks as her mother. She should have been learning bilingual from the start. Her mother set her up for failure.

the dept is probably scared of being accused of trying to “steal” children. it’s a thin line to walk, esp in a state like this. i wish every child who was in danger could immediately be removed without it blowing back.
