The local police in that area, the press and others, vilified the Ramsey family for YEARS. Mr and Mrs Ramsey were treated horribly!. I never believed they were involved in their daughter’s murder. After failing to get the parents charged with murder, certain persons attempted to blame the murder on the child brother of the murdered little girl. We may never ever see this crime solved, because even though DNA methods of collection. Etc have improved, they now believe the DNA on the child’s body did NOT include anyone else. But it is thought DNA was spoiled, because the body was moved and compromised. I always had thought that maybe the child was rendered unconscious by a taser, which the murderer used there are just as many families whom refuse , to silently carry the. Child from her bedroom , to the basement room.?

If there was a taser like the police said she wasn’t alive or half dead when it was used. I believe that girl was tortured I believe things were going on before this happened. Strangulation correlates with SA and I believe something happened that’s incomprehensible and there was more involved than just one. This was a highly respected family with a lot of ties. That means somebody strangle her while trying to revive her to keep her alive longer to torture her more. Meaning it was not an intruder. Nobody is going to stay in the same house as the parents and SA a little girl and take the time to strangle, hit her and stun her. No predator has the guts to do that. I believe she was passed around to a lot of rich people and that’s why she dressed the way she did. The way Jonbenet poses in the photos looks very provocative and se****l. It’s almost like someone was telling her to look that way. It’s messed up but I believe what everyone’s else’s doesn’t want to believe. I don’t want to believe it but too many signs point to it. RIP Jonbenet.

The idea of an intruder is wild and the one about the pathetic brother and the garrotte is even wilder. I have no doubt that he was jealous hated her and wanted to hurt her. But I still say look at the pageant freaks, including the parents. No way is it normal to dress a six year old like a Vegas showgirl

Why didn’t they confirm DNA from the garrote?? Think of the force the perpetrator had to use to cheat such a horrific injury. Not to mention fashioning the weapon in the first place. That thing would be COVERED in DNA. You have the white rope, breaking the paintbrush, making the tool, and then the use of it, for an undisclosed amount of time. Seems pretty selective to me…..

So this perp expertly enters the basement window armed only with a stun gun. He then finds his way through the dark house to JB's room, uses his stun gun, takes her to the basement, and uses Patsy's craft supplies to strangle her. He then goes to the kitchen and spends a few hours writing a three-page ransom note. Then he goes back downstairs and out the window. Did anyone profile the "perp"?

It had to be Sqweegel! It seems absolutely implausible for an intruder to do all the stuff, he supposedly did in the house and leave not as much as one skin cell or a hair strand behind, after cleaning and wiping stuff down🕵🏼‍♀️ I never appriciated the smuck attitude of LS. He appears extremely narcissistic and self indulgent!

I think once you have a stake in the game, like having written several self-published books putting forward one theory, then that’s a recipe for confirmation bias. When you become too attached to one theory, then everything that challenges that theory needs to be toppled and discredited at all costs. No one in True Crime ever wants to admit that there are people who are actually professionals with knowledge of the case that wasn’t fully divulged to the public. But the ones I respect the most are the ones willing to step back and say ‘maybe I was wrong, let’s look at this w fresh eyes’. The Netflix documentary didn’t convince me, but the fbi profilers and detectives who came out in response to the Netflix doc, who are actually dropping info I hadn’t heard before - they are making a lot of sense to me now.

The Boulder Police’s theory that Patsy killed Jonbennét over her wetting her bed, is ridiculous and untrue. Jonbennét’s bed wasn’t wet. It was clean. There was no evidence of wet bedding that was found anywhere. And how did a stranger’s DNA get into JB’s underwear? Why hasn’t the Boulder Police Department had taken the DNA and use it to identify whose DNA it is? If the Golden State Killer was able to be identified 40 years after committing his crimes, why couldn’t JB killer be identified?

Disappointed in the Netflix series. It was more of a PR piece for John Ramsey. That said, I still can't figure out who did it. One thing though, an intruder could have entered before the family got home giving him time to do all sorts of things in advance. The biggest problem is the ransom note. It's completely ridiculous but the brutality of the murder is difficult for me to attribute to the parents. Then again, I think of Susan Smith, Diane Downs, Chris Watts and scores of others who murdered their children in brutal ways. The difference being that the others had clear motives and many of them confessed. I don't think Lou Smit deserves the ridicule, but I agree he was less than objective and his unsupported SG theory destroyed his credibility.

Another observation, if you used a stun good, wouldn't a person make even more noise thrashing about? They then aren't knocked out either, they come back to and would be pretty active i'd think. It's true that a stun gun makes zero sense. If a kid is sleeping, it's much easier to just pick them up and carry them out of a room. No need to stun them and cause noise.

The brother is the only logical perpetrator. He was jealous of her and he had hit her before. But the biggest clue is his interview with the detective right after the crime. A picture of the pineapple he had been eating the night of the murder was shown to him and his answer was very revealing.
Wiithout a shadow of a doubt it reveals that Burke had been coached to not talk about pineapple. Why???

They haven’t been bale to find a killer bc there is no killer. It was Burke who did it. I think when he snuck back downstairs to play with his trains coincidentally the room next to where Jonbonet was found. I think she went down there and he was mad that she was down there or she touched something he didn’t want her to touch or mess with and he got mad and hit her in the head with something. He’s done it before and showed previous hate towards her. He even admitted he wasn’t upset at all that she was dead. There was no intruder waiting to kidnap Jonbonet but leaving Burke and asking for a bogus amount of money. No intruder hangs out in a house with everyone home. If there was an intruder how come Burke didn’t hear them since he was up. How was there an intruder in the house in the middle of the night when the house is dead silent, kidnap Jonbonet without making a noise? That random not is bs and it looks identical to Patsys handwriting. Also a female wrote that ransom note bc a man isn’t going to write a detailed note like that period. They are going to write 2 sentences and get to The point. What leave one with possible dna evidence behind if you planned on killing her to begin with. How could a “foreign group” not be able to restrain a 6 year old little girl. It was Burke and one of the parents covered it up to protect him.

Even if some outsider would know the exact amount of the bonus the father received, 118.000 dollar.
Why ask exactly 118.000? Why not 100 or 150 or 200.000? It's not that that was the only money the family had.
Also like in any business (in this case the kidnap business) it's always better to ask more wen you are the "seller". The "buyer" usually in general bids lower then what he is willing to pay.
So in this case, when the criminal knows the father had received 118.000, what was stopping him to ask for instance 300.000?
(of course this is all theoretically in the case of a real existing criminal-intruder).

Something strange about the son, Burke, of course. He has crazy eyes in some of the interviews. His eyes are going all over the place.
The mother, Patsy, in some of the pictures also has those strange eyes.
(doesn't mean of course that the brother or the mother did something to the little girl, but to me it's suspicious, those weird eyes).

Skin can stretch and there are so many different make of tasers. Such a small child would be knocked out at once. The child was tased and then the perp wanted to take her. Then when he couldn't get her out through the window he killed her there.

"'The number one clue you all missed..." The garrote was never tested for toucn DNA. Surely, the killer's DNA is all over it. Far more important than a ransom note which was handled by cops, copies, passed out, and never preserved for evidence as soon as it was presented to them. Even Linda Arandt, the cop with the wild eyes, who wanted to convict John Ramsey from the very beginning based upon nothing, picked up the child from the living room floor and moved her - again contaminating the body. She never had a radio with her either to call for an ambulance. Too bad the Boulder Police bungled the case from the get go.

The marks on JB may be consistent with tzr burn marks. However they appear to be more consistent with marks made to non reacting subject. A subject that didn't squirm or try to move away while being tzrd. So these marks may be consistent with tzr marks of an unconsciousness subject. This would raise the question why would an offender tzr an already incapacitated or sedated subject. The mark 4000 tzr was a pain compliance device only and could not induce NMI or incapacitation.
