Dr Berg, You saved my sons life. In 2019 my son and I started keto. My son had just taught me how to use a cell phone. I just got on Facebook and found you in my feed. I soaked up every thing you said. I found a Facebook keto group and between you two I had a plan for my son and I to get healthy. He got of bp meds in two months and lost a total of 100 lbs in 10 months. We did a lot of OMAD. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. All your research and videos that come from it counts. It matters to me.

What you call "opinions" or "medical viewpoint" you somehow pass off as medical advice. Which, as you know, are not permitted to do.

Ketogenics is a powerful safe regime that cures lots of imbalances not just weight loss It is more restrictive like the diet our ancestors had to eat. I think it's hard to stay low carb and as with time restricted eating we should have a variable diet cycling in and out of ketosis as we did adapting to basic availability of food sources. Two meals a day is enough and ensures you eat mostly nutrient dense foods. Start with protein then veg then starch last to reduce insulin spikes.

I have been looking for a video of yours that I think you took down. It recommended using NAC and Vit k2 plus I think, magnesium and potassium. I have stopped my statin because of the chronic pain and weakness, and within 2 days, the pain was gone. First, let me say that I believe in your good intentions and have learned a thing or two from your videos. So, here’s the rub: you (Eric Berg, DC) are not being rigorous in your ethics. Unless you are specifically discussing chiropractic medicine, you should not refer to yourself as doctor. Outside of that scope, you should be transparent about being a self-educated, kind hearted, service-oriented enthusiast. But you’re not. You’re attaching “appeal to authority” by stating you are a doctor to subject areas that don’t warrant that title. Further, you may have rationalized your decision to do this by thinking of all the people you have helped. This is called “the ends justify the means” and we have several historical examples of what happens when people rely on that to rationalize their behavior. Your hands aren’t exactly dirty but they’re not clean.

I came across Dr. Berg within the past few months so I don't see the problem. He has a lot of good info. Was there another change in the algorithm that makes it easy to find his info again?

I only did keto for 2 weeks. Been taking vitamin D and B12 nutritional yeast and Kelp for about 6 weeks. I went off keto for Christmas (vegan keto with eggs only) and I thought I was going to gain all the weight I already lost. About 6lbs. I didn't gain any back and I haven't been having any of my endometriosis cramping at all. I usually have cramping and feel miserable at least 10 days a month. Zero the entire month of December. Even the two weeks helped me a lot! I did have keto fly which was majorly helped by taking electrolytes. About an hour and half after drinking a double dose and a half teaspoon of salt, my body aches and headache went away.

Actually they are themselves proving that Dr. Berg is a threat to them. They can censor but people already know Dr. Berg is right and keywords don't matter when a person itself is a brand.
