Black Rock is on Kaanapali Beach and is one of the more dangerous places to swim due to multiple drownings in that area. The Venus Pool is also dangerous to swim in due to frequent flash flooding that quickly sweeps unassuming tourists out to sea. It’s located on private property, so that’s actually trespassing to get there. Makena Beach is called “quad” beach by the local hospital staff at Maui Memorial hospital due to numerous severe spinal injuries caused by the crazy shore break. Never turn your back on the ocean or swim in murky waters bc sharks will attack then. Many tourists drown frequently on Maui. The Olivine pools will suck you out to sea, so do NOT swim in them!
ОтветитьThanks for the video Ryan good stuff! What footwear do you recommend for the hikes?
ОтветитьThe best advice I was given about seeing the sunrise at Haleakala is to do it your first morning in Hawaii. We had to leave the hotel at 4 a.m. local the last time we visited, which wasn't so bad considering it was 7 a.m. back home and we hadn't really adjusted our internal body clocks to Hawaii yet.
ОтветитьVery cool, planning first time trip in july, thanks for this info.
ОтветитьLavender Farm is amazing as well.
ОтветитьShoutout the dumbasses that just keep exposing our island for the financial and social gain
ОтветитьGreat video. Kids, please don’t hike in “flip-flops,” “thongs” or “sliders.” They don’t give you any support and can easily slide off (hence the name), especially if the ground or rocks are wet. Having a broken ankle and a rescue during your vacation would not be ideal. Look at “boat shoes” (not the leather ones, duh!) that you can wear in or out of the water, but make sure you dump the sand out before it dries. Dry sand is very abrasive (see sand blasting). The boat trip out to Molokini can be quite rough, so be prepared. Enjoy Maui safely.
ОтветитьGood video
ОтветитьI went to all those places but my fav is Haleakala but I live in Maui so we kinda go alot
ОтветитьI wanna go see you to show shark tooth
ОтветитьI was at Molokini island in 1982. And, saw the devastation to the coral(s) from the careless tourist tour boat.
What a shame.
I gainered that cliff at wapa state park on the road to hana. super sketch lol
Ответитьi'm going there for a day, any tips of activities/food would be awesome
ОтветитьDid you drive back on the road to Hana in the dark? Was that sketchy? Also, how many days did it take you to see all of these spots? I’m going for 6 days and wondering if it will be possible to fit all this in. Thanks!
Ответитьi have been everywhere they said
ОтветитьThank you for this, amazing video
Loved O’ahu and Maui equally, will be back for sure 🤙🏾
Thanks Ryan! This video is great. Aloha 🤙
ОтветитьGood job sir!
ОтветитьHaleakala.... aahhhh kala.
ОтветитьJust got back from Maui a few days ago. La Perouse Bay is seriously one of my favorites- Beautiful, wild and rugged! Minimal people as well!
ОтветитьMy favorite island is the Big Island. Such a variety of landscapes
ОтветитьHey i have been recently loving your videos.
I was wondering if I can use screenshots from your video on my website? i will provide credit too.
ty i enjoyed this video....what drone do you use? any filters you recommend for drones flying over water to help you see deeper into the water?
Ответить❤Beautiful Island, wonderful video! Thank you so very much!
ОтветитьOwww How do you do that...? More than 9 minutes without breathing or pauze. This is so stressful, chokes me so I cannot finish this movie. Do Not Ever do this again! Breath and keep it natural!
ОтветитьAm wanted in this island good fun tho
ОтветитьRIP Maui 2023. You will rebuild, but it will take decades to heal.
ОтветитьGreat video. Praying for everyone on the island. We still plan on visiting early next year. Great recommendations, Ryan.
ОтветитьNow Just RIP😭
ОтветитьLove the video, very cool
Ответить"Visit" is the key word. Living there is a whole different story. Go there for a short period of time with a solid itinerary and some money to spend and it will probably be nice. Mexico is nice in the same way. But don't make the mistake of thinking that that's how it normally is in Hawai'i.
ОтветитьY'alls Missed The Best Places! #1- Maui Fish-n-Chips By The Ocean Park, On The Way To #2- Little Beach.... 😜😜🤣🤣😁😎
Ответить"Winter"is the rainy season. If you go to those places, don't go then or you will have muddy rough roads. Outside of those months, the roads are not too bad. Whale watching is also popular during the winter months. The water is higher and it welcomes whale families migrating from Alaska's colder waters.
ОтветитьIf it ain’t “what’s up guys, my name is Ryan” I don’t want it!
ОтветитьAvoid Maui at all costs unless you want to be exposed to the dangerous glue-like substance. The government sprayed down after the fire. 100% cancer diagnosis guaranteed.
ОтветитьWe also wanted to see the Keopuka rock (Jurassic rock)
ОтветитьWow nick Shirley is your bro right? You guys sound the same!
ОтветитьThis video is really well-made. Thank you.
Ответитьtotally gorgeous footage!
Ответитьstunning shots, excellent video
ОтветитьWhen we went to Maui we also went to Haleakala for the sunset, but we stayed for stargazing, and there were thousands of stars and you could also see the Milky Way
ОтветитьHonestly a cool video for a tourist! Good Job.
ОтветитьBest video that I watched about Maui for nature enthusiast
ОтветитьGreat video! I'm curious what was the timeline for this.
Seems like Road from Hana to Haleakala Summit there's no direct road, so I'm assuming it wasn't done on the same day
what is the mile marker for that random bamboo forest?
Ответить❤
Ответитьsuperbe
