You can find Leviathan without its boat you need leviathan scales to even get the boat meaning you can spawn in sound it. You only need the boat to harpoon the heart so I recommend you do bring someone with that boat why because if you want a heart you don’t want to take a trip back-and-forth

Yo get cold heart, do the leviathan hunt with beast hunter boat unlocked and then you can harpoon the heart and take it back to tiki where everyone on the ship will have it added to their inventory
